I just received a call from (800)351-3606 and a recorded voice stated it was "Cigna Specialty Pharmacy calling for Black Ni**er. If you are Black Ni**er please press" .... then it hung up. I am so disgusted. I just had to switch to Cigna, just gave them my number, and just got this "prank" call from some jerk data entry human. Tried calling all the Cigna numbers and already KNOW its a waste of time to complain more.

It is Cigna Specialty Pharmacy that delivers medication via mail i.e. like an insuline or any special medication.

I got a call from this number today, the robo-message on my voice-mail didn't say who it was, just said "1-3606 ... press 1 to speak to a representative ...."  If I hadn't googled it and come here I never would have known that I probably want to call them back.

I got a call from this number on my cell phone and they should mot have that number.  It is on the do not call list.  I called it back from a land line and the automatic call routing system identified it as Cigna Pharmacy Services.

I received a call  so faint  it took 20 min  and many replays  just to get the number 800 351 3606.  Web search brought me here.  Yes it was Cigna    but the caller's mumbled  inaudible voice made it impossible to tell what they were calling about.   Once I ascertained that it was not some telemarketer I called  the number    it  was Cigna's tel-drug  since I was waiting for a Rx   I needed to arrange for delivery.

I received a call from this number.  A recorded voice identified the company as Cigna and said that I had submitted a recent request to them.  It provided this number to call back to discuss the request or I could press #1 to speak to a representative.  I knew I didn't submit any requests to Cigna, so I assumed my husband must have.  I provided him with the phone number but when he called it, it was a pharmacy that had no affiliation with Cigna.
