This is a bill collection agency that my original collection department outsourced to. They f-ing suck! I can't get ahold of anyone to pay my bill online or over the phone. The voicemail goes to a full mailbox.

They call me daily!!
I tell them, that the person they are looking for is NOT US!!!!
To take us off their list..They say they will,but NOOOO

Yes, it's a collection call - medical/hospital collections.

Called asking for my mother-in-law. Almost certain this is a debt collector.

I just got the same phone call....I have learned to check the number before returning the call...just too much out there that I will not talk to..wish that there was a way we could stop this kind of information w/o stopping our ability to check theirs...

This is a business office please call us back!  When u call back they answer business office and won't give you ANY information about who they are or why they are calling until you give them your # which I refused þo do!
