I used Slydial to call the number back and it's a recording...something to the effect of "we're in your area installing free in-home alarm systems...you pay only a small monthly monitoring fee". It's just a scam..no idea who it is but ignore this to be on the safe side.

Called my Cell phone, disconnected or hung up almost immediately.

Who is this?! They call and then it disconnects right away... why?
