I got a little worried so i sent a total of 200 dol to these people thru money pak they cant track that thats why they dont accept credit cards i have passed this letter to the mail attorney general to possibly charge for mail fraud i am actively working on this issue.

I got one of these too, in normal circumstances I would send a debt validation letter. However this lacks a physical address, A valid web address, and no statement about an attempt to collect a debt, as required by Law. The link that Law Enforcment above put down is a good step to report them. DO NOT PAY THEM A DIME, REPORT THEM. If for some odd reason you wind up served (highly Doubtful) then fight it out in court. Look up your rights in the Fair Debts Collection practices Act (FDCPA). It'll save you a lot of grief and money. I am filing my complaint as soon as I am done here.

Received same type of letter same current balance 2,040.00 settlement offer 599.98. Unable to locate Kyle and David LLC with BBS. Their website listed on the letter not valid. No physical address listed. Only same number. what can be done about these people

Same as others Received letter that i owed $2040 settle for $599.98 told them i would settle for $300 they said yes offered to pay with Visa and then Steven told me that they dont except credit cards. wanted me to send money order of western union.

this company is not licensed or registered in any state, can't do anyting to you. they cannot and do not take any actions as they are not a legitimate company, : it is an illegal act just to attempt to COLLECT payday loans in states that have made them illegal -   (AK, CN, GA, KY,ME, MD, MA, NH, NJ, NC, PA, VA, WV, NY)

I also recieved a letter from this company stating i owe this money for a pay day loan and i can settle out for 599.98 isnt this crazy i did have pay day loans back in the day that went unpaid but im really feeling like ive been taken advantage of i will find a solutiin soon wow unbelievable !!!!!!!

Just received the same letter and the same exact amount stated. $2,040.00 Balance. I can settle for $599.98 within 10 business days. I am not sure how to tell if this is legit or not, but being that several here have stated the same letter and same exact amounts I find it highly unlikely we all owe the same exact amounts. I would like to investigate further.

Same thing, received letter stating I owe $2040.00 but can settle for $599.98. This letter has so many mistakes and errors, the scammers did a horrible job trying to make it look legit!

Here they go again writing and calling me for the same thing. Im now again recieving letters from these scammers stating I owe 2040.00. And I can Settle for the amt of $599.98. This is really ridicious. How these people can not get caught in this scam. Barrett & Stevens LLC is a University in Texas. Its funny how these people are using other people's names to scam other people into paying them large amt of monies.  DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE BACK!!!! THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS. Its sad because we have people out there giving these same people all this money.

caller stated that i owe for a payday loan and i asked for a certified documentation and he wouldn't send it. i called the BBB and they stated they didn't see this number.

No message left. Do not know who called me.
