This is a company called Enhanced Recovery Company, LLC. They are a collections company for Capital One credit cards. They are very nice people to work with. I worked with a George Dean and his manager to set up an affordable payment plan to take care of my charged off debt. DO NOT IGNORE THESE PEOPLE! I would rather talk to someone to work something out instead of going to  court!

This phone number, 800-358-2329 keeps calling my number asking for someone else.  This collection has nothing to do with me.  They do not even take the time to listen to the  automated voice system for my name!  They are seeking someone by the name of Troy Sika.  We do not have the same last name nor are we related!  I have had my number for 10+ year!

they keep on calling my mother in canada 819-682-9283 and as not part of whatever to do with that company..recovery from a mastercard from citibank

YEP, this is a collection agency, VERY RUDE, will bug you until you cant stand it anymore.  BEWARE.

sinces one week they call me 4-5 times a day on cell phone. it is a voice recording saying that they collect a debt or sometimes that I should lower my credit card payments  - what is obviously all a lie. It gives a number and a code I should call. They are clearly trying to collect credit card infos and are ignoring "do not call" registrations.

just got a call from this number. the person sounds real uneducated and rude. they don't give details or just who they want to talk to. comes out of texas. because they sound so stupid maybe it is run from the texas state prison. who knows

Received a phone call, as soon as my answer machine picked up, it hung up. Called back, the person was very rude, wouldn't give me info until I gave him my phone number (I know these companiesB6Z6 operate with caller ID, I've spoken to others who pulled up the info about call as soon as they had me on the phone when I called them). Person I spoke to was very rude, especially after I told him that no such person by the name they were looking for resided at this phone number. Fourth company in a week looking for this same person, each calling 3-4 times a day or more, sometimes calls coming five minutes apart.

I've been receiving calls from this number and it seems to be from a company called Enhancement Recovery Services. I called pretending to be be a Telecom agent doing a test call of the phone routing so they were very nice. They were calling for someone else and they are supposed to stop calling my number....hopefully they'll keep their word although in this type of things it takes them up to 30 days; which is C&@? because all you do is take the number off a database.

Just got a call in my office from this number.  When I answered, no one was there.  I called the number back, and the gentleman on the phone told me he wasn't sure why I got the call and asked for my number.  I gave him my extension and my office's main line, but he said he couldn't find a record of my number in their system.  He then asked for my social security number.  I declined, saying I don't give it out over the phone.  He was understanding, but said don't be surprised if I get another call since he couldn't find my number in their auto dial system.  I guess I got lucky because I didn't get a rude customer service rep on the phone, but it's still irritating to get a call like that for no reason.

They've been calling my cell phone once or twice a day for several weeks now. It's a recorded message (sometimes - sometimes they just hang up) looking for someone who's not me, to collect a debt. Then they give a reference number. It also says if I'm not this person, to delete the message. Well, that does a hell of a lot of good when they keep calling.

I just reported them to the FCC. Don't know if it'll do any good. There really ought to be laws protecting us from this kind of harassment.

This is a collection agency that appears to work for ComCast.

I get calls from this number all the time and no one speaks on the other end.  The nature of the call is harrassing.

Called me over 130 times in four months;never answered...they're still doing it...

I get 5 calls every day between 6:15am and 7:20am.  I do not know who it is, but it is starting to piss me off.  I called the number back and they were real jerks.  I do not know who they are looking for, but asked me for my date of birth and ss number.  I told the to F. O. and hung up.  They called back and said i was very rude and was going to report me for using foul language on a cell phone.  I just laughed and hung up.

Called for collection on person with same last name as mine....Told caller that I do not know this person......finally had to hang up....caller unprofessional...obviously minimum wage/commission job....calls #'s with same last name. I am on the no-call list........

I get calls from this number twice a day (except Sunday) for 6 months. When I would answer there would be a hang up. Let it go to voice mail and all I get is 5 digits which I think might be part of a reference number and that is all. I have never got a live person even if I answered the call. I have even tried calling the 800 number back and all I get is this number is no longer in service. This is plain harassment and is illegal.

get 2-3 calls daily from the idiots...about, I don't know.  The Voice message aways begins in the middle of the sentence says "will be used for that purpose.  please contact me at 800-358-2359 concerning a very important business matter."  Then it gives some reference number.  After getting the call numberous times i answered, but no one said a word.  I will not answer it no more.  I believe this might be some sort of scam.  The machine dials the number and then if you pick it up it will alert the person on the other end where they will begin to scam you.  Be careful!!

my god i called them and its all noisy in the background and one person picked up the phone and hung up. Yeah real Professional.

I get these calls all the time its just a recording and its not even a complete message just leaving a phone number and reference # Ooooo!!! I'm really nervous now. lol!!!! Another dead beat suppose collector.

Called my place of business looking for a client from MA.  Told them
they had the wrong # and hung up.  They called back & were rude & obnoxious.  They are looking for to collect a debt.

called house phone @ 8:59PM & cell phone @ 9:00PM.   The female (no lady this one!!) was rude, stated she had the right to call anytime she wanted n behalf of her client.  When asked who her client was, she said she would call back in the morning and hung up.

I receive calls from this number on my cell #.  They want "MIA NYGUEN"?? I think.  I have told them repeatedly that she no long has this number; I have had it for more than 2 years and to PLEASE not call again.  T no avail..They have even asked my why they should believe that I am not Mia??
