you dont really owe them a debt... it is a  scam to get your personal info

keeps calling and hangs up or states that I owe money and I know I dont

Need someone to help with these harassing calls.

I get a calls from this scam company every day. Very annoying and disruptive. I filed several complaints with the Do Not Call Registry website. When "ERC" calls my cell phone they never say anything and just hang up and no message is left. I had to call them back in order to speak with a person. He sounded like a thug and kept asking me to call him back on a different phone line. I asked him why he is calling me and he kept asking me to call him back on another phone line. I'm sure these idoits will keep calling. I sure hope they get caught soon.

My call id says it is Hans Revovery.  Who are these guys??

I get calls from 800-358-4328 eventhough I have no credit card det. How do i stop it?

they keep calling me and when i hit the ignore button and they leave me a 4 second message with noting on it. they just started doing it a couple days ago and its very annoying!

THIS DEBT COLLECTION COMAPNY KEEPS CALLING FOR A PERSON I WAS MARRIED TO 20 YEARS AGO AND HAVENT TALKED TO IN 19 YEARS THEY KEEP STATED THAT MY NUMBER WAS GIVEN AS A CONTACT NUMBER. MY SON CALLED HIS FATHER AND HE CALLED THE COMPANY THET TOLD HIM UNLESS HE GIVES THEM HIS SS NUMBER THEY COULD TELL HIM ANYTHING ABOUT THE "DEBT HE OWED" IT GOTTA BE A SCAM BECAUSE MY EX HUSBAND DOESN'T EVEN KNOW MY PHONE NUMBER

keeps calling every 5 minutes for someone i do not know. they get nasty had hang up. they want to know if i know this person and trying to get information from me about this person

These people are driving me nuts. They keep calling and leaving messages. The first call i answered and talked with them and told them to stop but they keep calling.

Good luck! They have my elderly grandparents to the point of a nervous breakdown as well! This needs to stop. It's a scam to prey on the elderly!

I get multiple calls a day from 1-800-358-4328. I don't know who they are and when I answer the phone I get a short recorded message then it hangs up.

Got a call today ...AT WORK.. on the Voice mail.  Says they are from the State of Florida, Duval County....my first thought is that it is official State of Florida business....but when I looked it up I see it is a collection agency.

after a couple of times, i answered with " Who the F*** is this?"     Surprise,Surprise, no more calls.

I received a phone call from this number and could not even understand what she was talking about??? What I could understand was it's a collection agency?

I get this call three times a day: morning noon and night.  No messages ever left

The message I received states that a collection agency called enhanced recovery corporation is trying to contact me.  They tell you to call 1-800-358-4328.

I recieved 3 calls in 15 min. don't you they think they would hire someone that can at least speak english when you do get through

This company calls every day(since last week). They leave messages saying they have a case with the police dept. and need to speak with XYZ asap. When asked what the case is in regards to they say they can't give out further information unless I am that person. They would not tell me what type of company they were. It is the law that they state they are a debt collection agency. If this is a debt collection agency they do not have the right to harass people by saying they have a case against XYZ with the police.  I'm sure I would have received a letter by now from my local police station if this were true.

i have recieved several calls from this number, and unlike the other reports I was actually able to talk to a live person. every time they call they ask for a john grouch, which by some coincidence happens to be my same initials. I finally had the opportunity to ask exactly which company they were calling from, and in accordance with the above posts the reply was "ERC" and all other prying that i attempted led nowhere. all of my questions were silenced with a reply that she could not give me any more information because it was a private business matter between her and mr. grouch.

I also get a local number that does the same thing.  I guess they pay people with cell phones to harass to.

its a collection agency they call my phone all the time and i had numerous arguements with them .. i dont answer my phone anymore, they dont understand i will pay my debt in the winter.

Did they ever stop calling? They are calling my work phone 3 times a day. When I answer hello I do not get a response. Other times I answer and they hang up.

bogus phone call about money owing on a past cancelled credit card
