Fax machine.

I got the 800-358-7705 fax for heavy duty concrete, metal & wood coatings crap too. Everybody needs to realize if you contact them back in ANY WAY, you'll be confirming your fax number! If you go to the www.nationaldonotfaxlist.org site and register, thats a scam, it's there to confirm your number. If you call and ask to be removed or fax it back, they will verify your number and send you more!

Sending faxes back to these broadcasters won't waste anyone's time but yours.  They use fax-to-email, or fax-to-server, so they review each fax on a computer screen before they print them - if they print them.  They would simply delete blank or black pages.  So don't waste your time.

I use fax-to-server and I got the same pitch some of you got - from a concrete company with a 631 area code for a call back number. Even still it is annoying because I still have to take the time to review it.  I was once part of a class action lawsuit again Neubold Toyota - a car dealership - and got paid my portion of the fine they had to come up with.  But I had no part in organizing that lawsuit.  If anyone knows of pending litigation I'd be happy to participate.

What would happen if you fax'd back a black piece of paper, would't that use up a lot of their ink?

Junk faxes are illegal, you can get $500 if you can find the crooks. You can make a complaint on the fcc website too.

But you can also get back at these scumbags by just programming you fax machine to fax the jink back to them at the VOICE number, which ties up their phones and makes it harder for them to steal money.  Program it to retry the maximum number of times.

I called the company which is Worldwide Concrete. They said they are not subject to the Do Not Call List because it is a fax number.

got a fax at home after midnight... how do you stop this stuff!??

I got a fax after midnight!! from a 206-337-4499.. about Illinois Life Insurance.... I've called several times & also registerd on the donotcalllist.org, but I am still getting them.  What do I do?!

You can file a complaint with the FCC for what it's worth.  

You can also program your fax machine to send this junk back to the VOICE number they conveniently provide. Program the fax machine to keep re-trying. These crooks will get a fax tone in their ears all day long and you can go about your (legitimate) business

I received an Unsolicited "Commercial" fax from 631-991-3457 with return fax of 800-358-7705.  I hate this misuse of my paper and called them and discussed their product (to use their time) and then told them to never send me a fax again.  The person answering indicated he was on Long Island.

Got a fax from 800-358-7705 says it is NTLCTFM. This just costs me $$$ for paper and ink that I shouldn't have to spend! They're just beggers and I want to block their number on my fax machine!

Got a fax from 800-358-7705 says it is NTLCTFM.  No company name on the fax and to unsubscribe it says to go to www.nationaldonotfaxlist.org.  The phone number listed is 631-991-3457 which is a Lindenhurst NY number.  No company name associated with that number either.  Always makes me nervous when a company isn't willing to tell you who they are?!?!?!?

Faxes have been coming in from 800-358-7705 and I decided to list them on the 800 notes site.  I did send out our email on the unsubscribe list, and now I think that might have been a mistake.  Oh well, best to at least try to end this drivel.
