This SCAM got ME! I was minding my own bisness when I got a text message saying I was to be charged 9.99. Only on mine, there wasn't an unsubscribe button. I checked out the website, and I think people are just putting in random phone numbers and we are the victims. It isn't fair!

Follow up:

I called Sprint within 5 minutes of realizing I'd been duped. There is no WAY I "double opted in" to this 'Predicto Mobile' service. I told Sprint I do NOT consent, do NOT want it. And it showed up on my bill anyway. :P

Fortunately for me, my service blocks all texts that cast a fee. I was charged once, and immediatly set myself up for premium message blocking. I have Verizon. This service is totally rediculous and unfair.

I got charged 2 months in a row for Predicto's service...which I never signed up for. I called them & asked how to get a refund, they told me that I couldn't get one. THEN, I told them my next call was going to be to an attorney. This morning I got a message with a number to call so that I can give my mailing info so that I can get a refund check. Apparently they are getting scared because of so many complaints.

Rip Off!!! $9.99 and you get a bunch of garbage on your cell phone. I yelled at them and got the charge which would have been on my cell every month OFF.  They're real sneaky about how they get you to SIGN UP. Predicto Mobile, that's their name. Their phone number is 1 800 360 0518.

My wife complained last month that she was receiving advertising text messages on her phone. I did not think a whole lot about it until I received the bill, which included a line item PredictoMobile for $9.99.
We never signed up for anything like that and I called T-Mobile to inquire about it. Jordan from T-Mobile told me that somebody may have signed up by accident or somebody else signed up for some service using my wifes cell phone number. He was so kind to take off these charge and gave me an 800 number to call to cancel that service.

This number is supposed to be available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. I do not find this to be substantiated.
When I have called, I do not get an  answer. I did have success with sending the word "stop" from my cell phone to 654654. I have just finished writing a letter to predicto requesting refunds for unwarranted charges to my mobile account. I will continue to try and reach a representative by phone, even though my last contact by phone did not yield any results. I did not receive any refunds either, and have since been charged another $9.99. If I do receive the refunds owed, and the calls to my mobile account stop I will stop any further action. But, if I do not receive satisfactory results for my attempts, I will contact my attorney. Lastly, I will relay my experience online and hopefully help many frustrated people find a solution to this problem. If customer satisfaction really is important to predicto, they will respond fairly and quickly to every customer. The address I have for predicto is:

Both my kids had charges on our bill this month.  I called and cancelled (which was difficult because they kept trying to sell sell sell) I told them both of them were minors (11 and 13)and legally could not sign up.  They did "unsubscribe" them after I insisted and I let them know that if they texted these minor children again I would be seeking legal council.  I will also be contacting my phone provider to get the charges removed.

I also got the 654-654 text, the first time I just deleted it.  The second time I called my service provider.  They told me I had signed up for some Premium Texting something and had been charged $9.99.  I explained that I just deleted it and never replied.  They informed me that by opening the stupid text I had agreed to the charge.  Well they refunded the charge and helped me to stop it from happening again by putting a block on my phone. You have to open it to read whom it is from. But how can our provider allow someone else to charge on our accounts? I'm all for suing.

I don't know if I have had any calls, but my phone bill lists the 9.99 charge for Atzmi text messages. I don't even know how to text.  I don't ever use it. I did find messages they had sent. I am sorry I ever explored that site, and have been searching in vain online for access to their site to cancel the "subscription" to their text messages. I never knowingly signed up for their stuff. I don't even like their messages. What a double injury to be charged 9.99 a month for them and not know how to cancel. I am with the person who said he/she hoped the "karma thing" would really rage down on them. Let's be part of that rain. I will try some of the suggestions on this site. This group needs to be exposed.
