Thank you for your posting. we just got a call from them and they wouldn't leave any information except her name (which is probably bogus) and "professional service bureau". I didn't even know that we had a pending bill from them. This is good that we found out now though because we are currently working on bankrupcy and wouldn't have put them down as a debt! Thank you again.

This is also a debt collector for the Mayo Clinic. My husband passed away 2 years ago and the Mayo Clinic has refused to send bill to Medicare. They have sent the bill to 3 collection agencies and also tried to put it on my credit report. This is the second time in 5 months that Professional Service Bureau has called me-even though I sent a letter to them stating this bill was not my bill and it was to be sent to Medicare. To make matters worse, the Mayo Clinic owes me money instead and I need this money since I lost my job after my husband passed away. I have even had an attorney send letters and this is costing me money and it is still not stopping them.

This is the Professional Service Bureau. It is a collections agency for Anytime Fitness.
