I got 6 of these calls in a day and it was for a bogus account that was setup with my cell number.  I called The Comcast Customer Care Executive office and they said that my cell number was linked to an account that was 117 days over due.  Oddly I got calls on my cell a few months back from Comcast about service that didn't know about, I told them I didn't order anything, yet they seemed to still process this account and now they are bothering me for collections.

I got The same call form that number just now! but I didn't pick up hah

i got two call from same number 800-393-7773  1st time was missed call 2nd time i answered i'm out of work thought maybe was job offer .....but he was lookin for Delgado i told wrong number hasn't called back yet

Did you report them? some action needs to be done.

Here in New England Verizon Fios is installing all over. The competition is fierce. Comcast has lowered their 6 mo rate to 19.99. They are hiring lots of youngins to gear up to do some 'telemarketing, please return to Comcast calls.  The TV ads have also become demeaning to VZ. It is an all out 'political race, with the dirty ads'.  So every body pay attention!!!

I owe comcast money but not paying up till they fix my service... they have messed up so much. Also make sure if you have comcast to pay close attention to your bills... they will charge you for upgrades you never order and services before you even get them.

I have been receiving calls from 800-393-7773 for the last couple of days. I have received about 6 calls so far. I called back the number, and it is Comcast's credit department. I have been on hold for the past 15 minutes. I don't have any dues that I owe Comcast maybe we should report them to consumer protection or BBB.

Since 6/26/09 I have received at leawst two calls per day (except on the weekend) from this number. They never leave a message. It is Comcast credit but I'm all paid up. What gives?

today i received a missed from a number i thought might be associated with telemarketing or collections. i ignored. i then received another call about 20 minutes later, and yet again, i ignored it. i figure you don't leave a message, your call wasn't that important.
but a few minutes later, my phone, cell phone mind you, prompts me of a new voice mail. i listen to it. and at 1st i think its not the 800 # because the voice is young, deep, male and random!

the guy was rapping about society, poverty the family being under pressure!
the same 2 lines over and over again. i listed for the 2 minute duration of the message thinking a friend was about to announce themselves. not!
i called the number back and it's comcast credit. for one, i dont have comcast. 2 who the hell is this unknown emcee who is so disgusted with society. and 3 where he get my number???
