Caller is Kay Jewelers / Jared / Sterling / Belden . Annoying as hell since they won't leave a message. Also annoying since I already paid them in full 2 months ago.

They're violating the Fair Debt Collections Act.  One call and they're done.  Tell them not to contact you on the phone again, and if they do, log the time and dates...Turn the log over to an attorney--there are many on Google... And sue them for $1,000 per violation.

I expect this is Kay Jewelers and I have paid the payment for last month but I keep getting called by representatives to make the payment and then they see I really did make it and promise me they will update their system but they never seem to do it.  Getting so tired off all the calls.  I am so paying this off ASAP.

Its Kay Jewelers. Unfortunately I do owe them a bill and they keep calling and im doing my best to pay them as much as i can but it just doesnt happen sometimes. It sucks but its life.

Yea but your light bill is not their problem, they'll keep calling until you are at least current, not the whole amount. They can legally call you. Pay your bill

I am tired of it too! I don't have the money and my fiancee and I have limited income right now. I waiting on a check from some books and the money is going towards it and then hes going to help with the rest. I really want the phone calls to stop. It is harassment. You and I owe the same amount but I owe money to Osterman.

Didn't pick up. Left a voicemail saying it was an important call for 'Elia'. Grr. No such person. Pretty annoying cuz they called twice in the last 10 mins and they'll probably continue.

Yes we owe them. No I can t pay right now..but they call AT LEAST 8 times a day & on sunday.  I am about to go sell a kidney so they quit calling. I only owe $200! You'd think it was a million bucks. I'll pay when I get the money. My light bill is more important right now.

Kay Jewlers keeps calling from this number 3 times already today since 830am on my cell phone and they have called my office once already too and my house. It is harrasment and is agains the collection laws.

They've been calling me at least 5 times each day and usually around the same time each day. Even after threatening to report them multiple times they continue to call.

Kay Jewelers used this number and 800-788-0967 and left over ten messages telling us to call corporate office.  I told them to remove us from the list immediately ... they were an harassment.  Up to five calls per day ... told them we were not the people they were looking for.  Sounded like a collection agency???

This caller will call and only request to speak to the person they are calling for, Only if the phone is picked up. If the phone is not picked up on, they will call numerous times (8-10 times estimated) all day from 8am through 8pm everyday. And if they hit a message machine and or voice, they do not leave a message.

I got one message saying call your jewler this is an important message. Then it gives the hours of their services. They keep call but I have told them Rubin does not live here. I have also informed the caller I am on the no call list any further calls and I am reporting them.
