I just got a call on my work phone from "Jessica Smith" from Parker, Fellows and Smith.  I called the number in my work's caller ID of 877 340 4570 and this number is no longer in service.  Makes me think that this is a fraud or scam.  Anyone have a valid address for this company?

I recently worked at Peak Financial llc/ Creditors Credit Bureau/ Parker Fellows and Smith and they are the most disgusting organization to work for in the industry. I will report them to the BBB as well as file a complaint against them regarding there poor working environments and faulty working terms and conditions that they make you agree to. I am going to call 877-340-4573 daily until I get answers as to how they can force people to work for them and then terminate them for no reason and with hold pay. Allison a.k.a. Virginia is ok but she is loyal to James the person who runs the place. Its funny to me how ignorant people(debtors) are when they receive calls from these guys because half of the people that work for the company use alias's that are not registered with the secretary of state illegal and they tell people that they are going to sue them and they have no intent on doing so. I advise all debtors that are called by a collector from Parker Fellows and Smith to record the conversation and contact your local Secretary of State or attorney and find a loop hole in the conversation and sue this company.

I received a call tonight about a debt from 6 years ago? As i was under my parents insurance at the time. They should have been able to fill in the details to them instead they were persisent that they had to talk to me. The lady was Mary something and everything she said just made no sense. My parents nor I have ever been late on any bill let alone one from a "doctor" or our insurance company. No one had a clue about this till tonight and she kept pushing that I can settle this over the phone with my debt/credit card and I could save alot of money if i do it tonight. Anyone with half a brain knows you don't just hand over your credit card numbers over the phone to someone you don't know nor know what the hell they are talking about.  She said " you seem like you take care of your finacials asap" um how the f*** would she know that talking to me for 5 minutes?

I received a very rude phone call from this person or business.  I recently located a phone at Goodwill and do not know how to erase the greeting on the phone, and since I am not computer or electronically savvy, this person or business decided that I was the person on the recording.
I was threatened and told that I was the person on the recording and do not appreciate this as an ethical way to conduct oneself, business or personally.

Someone named Jessica Smith called my wife's job saying she owed Compass bank a loan from 2002 for $1,000 My wife has never had a loan through Copass Bank and we have banked at a different bank for over 15 years now.  Ms Smith said she'd have to research the problem.

I get an automated call voice message on my cell about "Juan Pena." There is a pause in the message and then the voice said if you are still listening you admit you are Juan Pena.  Dumbest tactic yet.  I wish they would just sue him already.

I received a phone call at my work from a Max who repeatedly insisted that I knew who he was.  After telling him I thought he had the wrong person, he kept saying "Is that how you're going to play this game?"  Then he kept saying I needed to have my step-brother call him (which I don't have a step-brother).  I told him his phone calls were unwelcomed and harassment.  He identified himself as a private investigator to a colleague that answered the phone.  He never mentioned any "debt" I had and after doing my own research, comes to see he definitely has the wrong person or is trying to scam me.

I have recieved repeated calls form this number with threats regarding this debt from a very rude Maxwell grham. I have been threatened with legal action as well. i told them I wanted written documentation of this debt and have not recieved any. today i recieved a call after not hearign anything for about a month from a very kind woman; however, I am still requesting this in writing.

YEAH, I KNOW I GOT A CALL FROM THEM ON APRIL 10, 2008 ABOUT A COLLECTION THAT WAS DUE BUT IN FACT IT WAS PAID ON AUGUST 10, 2005 AND YOU KNOW HOW COLLECT AGENCY ARE. Got a call from them today and they told me they were an investagations unit and they needed to speak to me ASAP.  So I did the right thing and called them back... before I said one word the man, if thats what you want to call him, started cursing at me.... so I filed a complaint with the FTC... everyone else should do the same, don't be afraid of these guys!!!

And they still haven't told me about the debt I owe... nor have I ever recieved mail about it.

Agreed to an arrangement to pay off a bill, called next day to confirm and got the 'finance manager' he started yelling and being an a***ole and going all drama king on me.  The only thing these pricks are getting from me is a busy signal and a call to the BBB.

Peak Financial Services is a collection agency. I found many complains about this company. Beware when dealing with them.
