I called the number and got a recording requesting I go to http://www.easylink.com/utility/forms/removal-block.php to enter my number and this will block any future calls. I did and completed the info (name and phone number they're calling) and should be good to go.

These call are from Geico Services sending you auto policy and proof papers to a fax and if you are getting there call it is cause someone else has a number just like yours with a different area code, just call Geico 1-800 841 3000 and report it and they will stop the calls to your number, had you been a fax machine you would of found this out Like I....

I am a switchboard operator @ a hospital, it's New Years morning, 12:58 a.m. This fax has come in here at least 30 times tonight, not to mention last night. Wait What is this a very nice guy called to verify the # here and said he'd get it stoped. Thanks to person above who supplied the #800-828-7115 as a cust service . Call it day or night and tell them to STOP and so far so good here. HAPPY NEW YEAR WORLD!!!!!

Will notify FCC. But for now I'm calling 1-800 769-4099 the annoyance department for the police department to report them. Repetitive calls are a form of harrassment.

Almost a year later you made the same demand in this thread, one which your caller likewise did not see and was under no obligation to obey. Time for a different approach, no? Something involving *DIRECT CONTACT*, maybe?
It is unwise to publish a phone number you meant to protect in an open forum where any data harvester and scammer can find it. I've reported your comments so that Admin can redact them.
