I called this number and asked where they were located. They said Marlboro, NJ but I find no listing for a company called Mortgage Services in Marlboro NJ.  Anyone else find a loation. I'd like to flood their fax machines with garbage.

They are back; instead of Chad Baldwin, however, they are using the name Thomas Reed.  Same old mortgage scam, of course.

New remove number, 866 395 8075, but it comes with a new twist.  After it announces that it is the fax remove number, it says something in a strange language and then announces that the number you have dialed is invalid.

If this is legit, you would be willing to reveal particulars about the company.  you are not legitimate.

Unfortunately many if not almost all of these calls and faxes are being done from Canada and from overseas criminal organizations. The only "real" way to stop them is to get the phone companies to automatically block these scammer phone numbers. It can be done if laws are passed to get it done, and not allow the phone companies to continue to profit by providing phone service to criminal scammers.

I have called three separate times to have my fax number removed - two weeks ago my first call was the removal number, so as prompted entered my fax # and was told it would be removed - great!  Next week I received another unwanted fax from these people.  I called the "Mortgage Services" number and the guy apologized and said their system wasn't working, he would remove my number.  Okay, great!  Today I receive another fax, call the removal number and the automated response says that my number had been removed previously.  I know that, but I'm still getting the faxes.  I call "Mortgage Services" again.  Oh, the wicked witch answered the phone...I explained what was going on and she said their system was down and it took 72 hours for a number to be deleted.  I told her the first call I made was over 2 weeks ago.  She hung up on me.  I have filed a complaint with the FCC online (Form 1088) It's quick and easy!  Hopefully, they will take some action against this company.

A stupid fax unlike yours regarding Mortgage Leads for mortgage brokers. We're a lender, so they obviously got things mixed up. Stupid fax, stupid French chick on the removal number. Also, the removal number is different than you guys.

These vile creatures are the worst spammer/scammers out there. At best, they are involved in illegal fax spamming activites violating the law with seeming impunity...and at worst they may be identity thieves of some sort or engaged in other criminal activity. In any event they and their employeees need to be arrested and prosecuted ASAP.

This morning I received this fax from "Mortgage Services" at 1-800-398-5783.  I called the number listed at the bottom of the fax to be removed, which is 877-575-9251.

I have dealt with these SPAM faxes in the past where the sender refused to stop sending faxes which waste my paper and ink.

Here is how to stop SPAM faxes:

Call your telephone company to request a trap placed on the fax line.

Then file a complaint with your Police Dept.

Next time the fax comes in, call your telephone company to inform them of the date and time the fax was received.  Your telephone company will pass the information on to your Police Dept who will call the Police Dept where the fax sender is located.
The Police Dept where the fax sender is located with pay the fax sender a visit advising them to stop sending faxes to your number.

I have done this in the past and it works.  I will now do this with this fax.

This is a junk fax selling questionable mortgages.  Unsolisted faxing is a crime in Florida & I've forwarded these several times to our Attorney General's office but they keep coming.  For years!

Got a junk fax with this # listed to call to "REFINANCE NOW!".  When you call the # they answer and say "Operator xxx" where "xxx" is a number.  I called back three times and got only two different operators.  The last two times I got the same guy.

They sounded American to me.  Wish I could find out where these scumbags are.

I received the same fax everyone else is reporting.  This is a federal office.  I have no idea how he got the fax number but they don't remove you from the list when you call the removal number.  When you call the phone number, people are rude and I think they are just trying to steal information.

Received several of these.  His new remove number (877)407-6374.  Anyone notice that at the top of the fax on the heading, they print your fax number instead of theirs too..?  Would love to nail these guys.

At the bottom, the company indicated that they obtained our fax number through "an established business relationship." However, when I called the number, the answering lady refused to devulged her source(s)for our fax number and rudely hung up on me.
