Well, I talked to the pres of this company and he was surprised that his people would misrepresent themselves. Funny, I'm not surprised. Then I called my mortgage company and found out that they actually do use this third party loser company for refinancing. I'm ready for Banctel to call again for the last time. After I'm done with them they won't want to call me ever again!!

Banctel is the name of the company. They did try to pass themselves off as my mortgage company. After the second call, I found them on the internet. Banctel.com   Below is the name of the president of the company. When I called his # it sent me to email and it gave me his cell. I left a msg, but didn't catch the cell #. I called back and he actually picked up the phone(or someone did)and I hung up. Maybe if he gets enough email and nasty phone messages, he'll at least make sure his people aren't lying to potential customers. Although I don't believe this is a legitimate company.

these calls from 2484190039 need to stop. It may be semi legit from a mortgage co, but it is pure harrassment.

Just received a call.  Caller i.d. says Banctel.com  They are telemarketers for mortgage companies.  The only way to get rid of them is to block the call.  I don't answer the phone from phone numbers/companies I don't recognize or do business with.

It was an automated message that said "this call is for Edythe (my mother) her last name." I just hung up.

I picked up the phone and they asked for my mom. Then this lady told me that her company carries her mortgage. Wanted to put me on hold. Told her that my mom does not want to do this right now. She said she would call back on Saturday. Asked her if she could take me off of their calling list, she then hung up on me

I have received several calls from this number and no message is ever left. No idea who this person or company is. I just wish they would stop.

It was Telemarketer calls from EVERHOME Mortgage! They had been calling every day, SEVERAL TIMES A DAY from 248-419-0039 with a cryptic caller id title: V06131451520020 and never leaving a message.  I totally yelled at the lady when she asked me if I wanted to lower my payments and asked her to stop calling.  What kind of a company operates like that.

I receievd several calls from this number, no messages were left, when I finally picked it up they said they were from the company that had the note for my house but couldn't tell me who it was- then wanted to pass me to another person to "discuss my account". This call was unwarranted as I never asked for info nor have any idea how they got my cell phone number. They called several times during office hours, I brought this up to the person and stated it was very inconveinent and rude- especially when I never asked for the info. and they only pressed trying to set a new time to call on the weekend.

I filed a complaint previously for another number and it worked. Takes about 10 minutes and here is the web site http://www.fcc.gov/complaints

I have received a number of calls from this number on my work phone...never leaves a message and if it is a mortgage company, I don't have a mortgage.

Same thing... Multiple calls, no voicemail - during the day while I am at work. Four so far today, 2 yesterday. What more can be done to report this?

I've been getting calls from this number for the past few days.  Since I don't know the number of anyone in the 248 are code, I don't answer.  And like others have said, they never leave a message.  My feeling about this is if this were a legitimate business matter they would leave a message and most likely call from a toll free number.  I wish there was better enforcement against those who ignore the "Do Not Call" policy.
