I just received a call from this number fifteen mins ago, and I to was met with ringing, I let it go on for a while but to no avail no one answered. I pay for a service to let me know whose calling what is up with these unknown numbers, private numbers I just do not answer, another number for the national do not disturb website in my opinion.

For me, it was a legit call as I just signed up for Telus and they were missing some of my info to move the services over from Shaw.

Got a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

I've been getting that "TOLL FREE SERV" display as well.  I answered twice, only to hear my call going to another phone ringing each time, so I hung up, figuring it was a garbage call.  They have called a few more times since, and we just don't answer any more.  If it's really Telus, they should put a real person on the line, not a machine, and be up front about who they are.

Just call a call from this number.  Call display showed "TOLL FREE SER'.  I picked up and got silence at first and then got ringing as if I was making phone call!  I hung up but then after reasonable time picked up and found the same ringing.  Tried again and again, but could not disconnect and then heard what sounded like fax tone.  It finally disconnected then.

They asked me for my sin when applying for Internet. I refused but why on earth are they asking for it in the first place?! They do not need it to approve credit. I also  received a call from this number and didn't answer I'm going to assume it was in regards to the Internet I just ordered.

I just talk to someone!!!!  It's for Telus TV they have promotions.  The only thing they want it's your S.I.N !!!  Nerver give your SIN

I don't think it's for money cause I a "brand new" customer with Telus and THEY told me "free for the next 3 months" ??? and get those calls every day.  I didn't answer cause I didn't know it was them...next time I'll answer and let you know what happens

Called me Today, probable wanting payment. It is Telus, it switched to call waiting, so noboby answered the phone probable b/c I was in que for the next operator. Anyways, it is TELUS and they are reminding you they need money for your bill.

I also recieved call from this number, I didn't pick up as it was listed as "unknown number" and looked like a telemarketing type number. I have call display for that reason, I pay telus for the service; one would think a company that big would show up as "Telus" especially to thier own customers!

I'm continuing to receive unwanted calls from this number.
On one occasion my answering machine picked up & it recorded a fellow named Dan announcing that he was with the "Loyalty Team at Telus".  After he figured out that he'd reached an answering machine, he assured that he would call again later (how comforting)...

I tried calling the 1-800-400-2598 number back and just got into Telus's generic computerized voice recognition system - I was unable to navigate to the "Loyalty Department".

I recevied a call from this number also.  I did a Google search and it came up as being a number for Telus Client Services.  I really don't know why they - being the phone company - are unable to have "Telus" appear in the call display instead of having things showing up a "Unknown Caller".
