Stop calling this number!!!

This is the message they left in my answering machine:

"This is a message for Mr. Le If you are not Mr. Le. please hang up. By continuing to listen you acknowledge you are Mr. Le. There will now be a 3 second pause to allow you to listen in private. As this message contains personal and confidential information please call 1-800-400-8179. It is Garry Chandler from Allied international credits. This communication is from a debt collector. This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. Please call 1-800-400-8179"  They constantly calling from my cell, my work and talked to my boss.  Can I brought this scumbag to the court please advice.

We keep getting calls for someone by the name of James Glazner.  They wont stop calling us even though we are not them.  I am so sick of these calls at all hours of the night.  We even had a call at 11:59 pm waking up my daughter.  Im so ready to take these people to court

Debt collection agency - Allied International Credit. A Kevin Smith called looking for someone with same name as my husband. The guy they're looking for has apparently vanished with tons of debt - I know this because we keep getting collection calls simply because he has the same name. When they can't find the offender, they start to call everyone they can find with the same name. Kevin Smith said he would take our number out of the system, but we have had calls about this specific debt to Beneficial Finance before.

This telephone number appeared as CALLER ID from COLLECTION AGENCY attempting to collect a mortgage debt on behalf of Washington Mutual Bank. Caller was very rude.

Their machine calls us at least twice a day asking for Olivia Johnson. This person used to have our number because we get other calls for them.

The calls are driving us crazy. We get more calls for Olivia Johnson than we get for ourselves.

I've left them messages telling them the situation,  but it does not help.

These people call asking for someone named Ralph Croft or something like that. I talked to an actual person at first now some machine calls me from this number. I told the actual person that I am not Ralph Croft and I do not know and never will know a Ralph Croft. This is getting really irritating.

We get phone calls every week for someone that does not live here, this must have been their number at one time,,, we repeatdently tell them to STOP CALLing and they laugh at us... what can we do???????????????//

Also: He says that I've balance to pay to CableVision. As far as I know I've nothing left to pay them. When I ask for the proof of whatever he is asking me to pay - He ask me to go to local cable company. I asked him not to call me and hang up now. He calls me again!!! And refuses to hang up by saying, "no, no, no, wait a minute. if you want to clear this account you can pay in installments....bla, bla..."

I get calls every week from this number (800-400-8179). I called them and a person named "Robert" picks up the phone. When I ask them not call me for any matter. He keeps calling me and refuses to hang up. Should I take him to court? I'm recording the calls now.
