Agreed. This is exactly what happens. Just missed a call. They left no message so I called them back and the IVR states that no rep from Directv is available, please leave a message and we will return the call.

This is also from DirecTV.   Most likely about my new install, but unlike the other number they use for many years, 800-519-1823, this number when called back returns with the message "we apologize that no Directv representative can take your call, blah, blah
