Got a call from this number they didnt leave a voicemail on my iPhone.

They claim to be Montclair Hospital Emergency Services calling for some guy I don't know. The call can't be for me because I haven't been to Montclair Hospital. If this is a legit call, some guy gave them my number for some reason.

Fat chance they're going to get a call back from me.

The company called my cell phone and said they were Castle Medical Center when they left the msg. for Richard. I called them back to tell them they had the wrong number. When they answer they only say "Business Office" no company name. I spoke with a rep. and he suggested my number was not in their system and they would not be calling back.  He never asked for the account number they left. I initiated and gave him the account number and he looked it up.  Oh yeah, he said I see, then nothing else.  Hunh?  This seems like one of those scam collection agencies. They are very vague with information and this guy had no explanation as to how this happened.  I'm going to be leery of them if they call again.  They may be fishing.

They misrepresent themselves. They may indeed be a legit collection service but you have no indication yes just send money to a state your doctor or hospital  isnt even in. Sure want us to also send a check to Nigeria while we're at it? I told my doctor send me a bill that I never received and I will pay it, but until you get rid of these jokers I and our family will being going to another doctor. The doctor appologized but said yes thare planning on dropping them due to complaints, I said well when you do let me know, but guess what I like this new doctor and office better and closer. Just lost 5 patients doc. Screen your 3rd Party services better, listen to your complaints and take action now not later. I guess money is the only thing that will motivate many doctors. Trying to be cheap and save a few bucks just ended up costing him more in the long run. Penny wise Pound foolish thats what he tells patients.

Yes this company should be canned by all hospitals and doctors, they screwed up so bad and misrepresent themselves that I refuse to have our families use them until they stop using them, if they are indeed lecit or not. If I owe money I will send it to the doctor since there are so many scams out there. They are at the very least rude, unethical, and deceiving and unprofessional in their business practices. Dont give them any info ask them who they are they said they were dr. x on bill but could not tell me other than we represent several drs and clinics. Not buying what they are saying wether legit or not there is nothing that says we are a third party collection service for doctor. Illegal unethical. Sorry doc, you picked them not another dime fromn us. turned out if it was real insurance already paid em.

It is also for radys children's hospital in san diego. Except, they left me an "urgent message" on my cell saying it was regarding a "health issue" and our son has chronic problems. So I freak out during the during the work day and then I realized it was an # 800 and not a local, so I looked it up.
Our insurance paid them over 2 million dollars and we paid them over 8000.00 out of our own pockets. These people are crooks, none of these places are "non-profit" They should all rot in hell. PS I use google voice and you can block phone numbers, next time they call, they will get a "this number is no longer in service" and it won't ring to your cell anymore.

Sorry to tell you this but they don't even let you get away with saving yourself any money--the cost of the stitch removal is already figured in whether you pull them yourself or not.  They suck!

Got a call from them, said they were from Montebello hospital.  I've never been to that hospital.  Only way they got my info is from me apply for a job as a RN there!

Got a call from this number, was a "Brevard Emergency Services" called back to see what it was. And it seems that in April 2011 i was in hospital and racked up a 45k bill........Even though I don't live anywhere close to the state of florida, and was in Canada when this supposed bill was being made. I sent over my plane ticket, and my hotel info so they could see that they have the name right but was def. not me. And that was about a month ago. To date, they call my phone and are set in stone that it was me. Even though I have friends and family calling to state it was not me..... I have my credit card receipts for the day that they say i used this hospitals services, hell i even have video of me in Vancouver BC on the day that I was at the same time in a place called Palm Bay florida.......Then these idiots are well what is your birthdate.... so i tell them to check out the faxed photo copy of my oregon id that i sent them when I faxed over my trip details to prove they have the wrong damn person. Then they had to ask the ultimate stupid question. What is your social security number.....LMFAO I said for her to give me hers and when she does then I will give her mine...... what the ****.....So anyways these aren't the brightest bunch of people, but i guess when people who don't graduate high school gotta get a job somewhere......

sherman oaks, ca hospital calling because I have a bill there.  called my cell phone during business hours.  thank goodness I now have a job, and my insurance goes into effect first of Aug, i hate getting sick when I am unemployed and insuranceless...its costs a fortune for me to sit for 8 hours, only to be seen by a doctor for 2 minutes, to tell me I have pneumonia and give me some scripts and send me away.  no tests, no nothing.  But its still over a grand.  I went into wrong profession....

Missed a call from this number to my cell phone.  An automated message was left, but began before my voice mail's greeting was done, so all I got of the message was "...M.D."  Called the number back and was kept on hold for over ten minutes.  When they finally answered it was a collection agency calling because a local hospital had made a mistake and had me listed as the responsible party for a patient who had the same name as me.  The hospital had told me they fixed this a month before, so I'm thinking both the hospital and the collection agency are pretty much clueless.  The collection agency apologized and said they would fix the incorrect info, but I'd be willing to bet that there'll be several more phone calls before they figure out which way is up.

This is C M R E Financial Services Inc..  They do billing for various medical facilities.

This number is a medical billing collection agency. They usually leave a pre-recorded messages stating '(name)' needs to contact '(hospital name) and speak to the billing department. Have not called them back, as this is not me - number can also be caller-blocked on home services. Phoenix, AZ

omg they are calling me right now ... six times in a row. i will not answer. they can call all day... thats what ringer OFF  is for! LOL

I missed the calls however my phone was called 4 times between 3:30pm and 4:00 pm.

These people called us as collections for Trinity Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas, but the web indicates that they are really from Arroyo Grande Community Hospital in California which, apparently, runs a very lucrative collections agency for lots of other hospitals in the nation and has neglected to inform their agents that it is illegal to call cell phones for the purposes of collections.
