Didn't answer, but they left a voicemail.  Yeah, calling on behalf of the dealership I just got serviced at.   Kind of annoying, but can't report them on the Do No Call list because the dealership  is technically someone I have done business with.

However, the dealership NEVER asked me for permission for such a thing, nor do I have anything stating they would give my # to a 3rd party company.  They only have my number from my service visit, nothing more.  That's pretty cruddy of the dealership... which is David Maus Chevrolet in Florida.   Its disappointing because I had a good experience there, and they ruined it with this junk call.

If it is truth DME, they are a legit company.  The auto dealers hire them to check the quality of service and if a dealer gets a bad report, they have fired employees. I worked for them in one of my temp. positions. If you don't want  no calls after your car is serviced, tell the dealer or repair shop you DO NOT WANT ANY CALLS.  This will keep your name off the list.' Also some dealers have been known to sell they 'client list' .

However there are people who call wanting to sell you car warranties or tell you 'your car warranty' has expired.  They are an entirely different story... they are  telemarketers....

DME also books reservations for Financial Planners seminars.

I get calls from this number, but no message is left.

Lately I have been getting calls from this number no one answer when I pick up the phone now they call me twice a day .

Best thing to do is to repeatedly redial, say nothing, and redial hundreds of times. It's way fun. Do it all the time with these types of calls.

I've gotten several calls from this number, no messages left at all. I actually answered their last call, which was 5 minutes ago or so, and I heard nothing. Next time I'll answer to see if someone is there and I'll probably just chew them out. If it has anything to do with car service, my car hasn't been serviced at any dealership for some time now.

I called them back and spoke to a woman by the name of Renatta.  She said they are a company by the name of DME out of Daytona, Florida.  They make customer satisfaction calls on the behalf of car dealerships.  She asked me to give my number to her so that she could tell which company was trying to reach me and then she wanted to give me their survey.

It is possible that this is legit.  I do go to a car dealership (Nissan).  And, they do try to contact me in various ways as follow up.  This just may be a new form for them.

I told Renatta I wasn't interested.  Additionally, I will now block that number & identify it as DME so that I don't sweat it next time.

They called today.  I didn't recognize the number, so didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message.

It sounds like this is a bogus call.  Everyone seems to say it's from a dealership, but I have not visited a dealership in months.  I got a call late last night (7:45pm) and again just now (1:20pm) with no voicemail left on either call.  I never pick up call's that arn't in my phone book, so if they want something, they should leave a message.

Yes, it is a dealership "like" call. But I stopped going to Honda because of the high priced oil change and all the bull s*** they try and feed me. I go somewhere now that's a much Better price! Including all services! But back to that call, personally I wonder why it's calling in the 1st place??? I haven't been to Honda.... And another thing, why can't you show a little RESPECTand leave a damn voicemail?! Hmmm I hit the num with a contact name in my phone saying, WASTE OF TIME!

Got a call from this number and did not answer it. Been getting more telemarketing calls lately so I figured this might be one.. but I haven't had my car serviced recently and I just bought my car three months ago, so I'm not sure what their spill could have been.

I have received 3 calls from this number.  The first I tried to call back, and never got an answer.  I then looked up this number and found it was a survey.  May phome is on the no call list!  I want this to stop.   I have only one phone, a cell.  I don't want to use my minutes for this sort of calls.

Called today.  Didn't leave a message so I'm not calling back.  If they are legit enough to leave their name, number and reason for calling I won't speak with them.

I did have my car serviced at Honda and was told I would receive a call to rate them.  The service tech was poor and I would provide feedback but only if they leave an appropriate message.

I've had several calls from the same number- no message left, just the call. When I called them back the message was, "Please hold for the next available operator." No thanks. I hung up. Annoying-

They've been calling every single day at various times for over a week... incredibly annoying since I have them on my 'reject' list. Guess when they call back today I need to answer and tell them to QUIT CALLING ME. I'm going to assume it'll be a Honda something. I have had no recent service, nor are there any forms of recalls on my car. So with that....deducing 100% marketing call.

I have been on the National Do Not Call Registry since July 2007.  Today I received two calls from 800-405-6120, one at 2:18 p.m. and one at 8:30 p.m.  Whoever is calling does not leave a message.  They also called yesterday afternoon as well.

Tonight I filed a complaint with the FCC.

This 1-800-405-6120 and 1-866-265-1163 keep calling about a auto they think I have. Don't know who are they, when they call no name shows up on caller ID. All that is showing is their number, so i answer the phone, and their saying there calling on behalf of KIA of Orange Park. I don't have a KIA so why are they calling. Sound like a scam!!!

You work for DME I bet. Why would I want anyone calling my number constantly and not leaving a message? I'd rather hit them in the face with a bat.

They call my husband, hang up and do not leave a message.  We recently had our Hyundai serviced at a dealership and got new tires for it at BigO Tires so maybe they are supposed to be surveying us about that.  My husband would be happy to talk with them if they didn't hang up in his ear or would leave a voicemail for a change...
