This number keeps calling me repeatedly, and then does not answer when I pick up.

me thinks it's Time Warner, trying to sell ye stuff.

rcvd 3 calls since 6-29 (7 pm), jul 1st (8:30 pm), and today at 1 pm.  I don't answer #s I don't know, and this one never leaves a msg.  glad to know it's a telemarketer. will now have to update my number on the 'no call' register.  thanks

Got a call on 04-26-2010.  Said they are Time Warner Cable and are calling current customers to offer them discounts on services.

Yes, time warner cable selling you more services. They never leave a message...

I keep getting calls from this number. If it's Time Warner Cable, then why don't they leave a message -- and why do they hang up? Whoever it was just hung up on me.

got a call from this number yesterday and again today. called back from my work landline just now to see who it was, and it's time warner cable.

Called me once or twice every day during week of March 14th.  They left an inarticulate mesage on 3/19/10 4:47 PM, where they failed to identify themselves or the purpose of the call.

It is Time Warner trying to sell more services.  I picked up after reading everyone's comments from above.

Got a call from this number.  I picked up after two rings and they hung up already.  No message
