This is a scammer called EMAIL DISCOUNTS, LLC.  They have been fraudulently billing an elderly relative's phone # for a while now:  Each charge is $14.95 plus $.75 tax = $15.70.  I just became aware of this recently, he didn't notice or realize what this was on the bill.  Strangely enough this charge in the body of the bill lists EMAIL DISCOUNTS, LLC and early billings listed # 800-410-5781, but on the front of the ATT bill, the same $15.70 charge is listed as being connected to a company called ENHANCED SERVICES with a # 888-288-2724 on some bills and The Billing Resource 800-476-7415 on the most recent bill.  How very odd!?!

I Googled the company and found numerous complaints about them regarding fradulent billing practices.  I will try to help him recover his losses and stop the 3rd Party Billing on his phone bill, I will also help him file complaints with the BBB offices in the states those companies are based.
