I called the telemarketers, asking what company was taking these calls.  When I explained that faxes sent without company names or sending fax numbers in their headers are illegal, I was asked what my fax number was, and was told (in a very snotty, snippy tone), "You've been deleted" and was hung up on.  I haven't seen another occurance of this junk fax in the three business days since, so this just may have worked!

We keep getting these faxes as well.  Blasted 50+ calls at them and finally got the call center employees to take my fax number to remove.  Up until then they all just said they don't send faxes.

RESEARCH:
I used the RESP ORG ID service (800-337-4194) to discover that the telemarketer's toll free number (800-418-9051) is carried by the following long-distance company.  I Plan to report the problem to them, and insist they take steps to limit the faxes or I will report them as a part of the problem.  I encourage you to do the same...
