Or, you guys could just pay your debts as promised... The collection service nor the bank are the bad guys here... It's you! The people you owe money to also have to feed their families, and you don't have the right to prioritize your needs over theirs. The solution is simple, PAY YOUR BILLS!

Well I contacted the BBB and the Attorney General today... they ffs is under review on a state and federal level. Don't pay them until reviews are done or you speak to a lawyer. The debt They are trying to threat. You to pay was either bad debt,  written off debt or forgiven debt. Don't pay a dime. And of course they take credit and debit cards and check by phone.

"Mark Shannon " or whoever he really is... I filed chapter 13. The bank  forfeited the property ... then sold the debt to Farmers. Mark Shannon Farmer has left threatening voicemails AND threatened me on the phone. He is just pissed because he bought a bad loan from the bank. He has no legal right to the property because it was released in bankruptcy. He is rude and has no sense of remorse for how he speaks to people. You don't treat people the way he treats people. And be cautious .. Justin is one of his employees and is almost as bad.

MARK SHANNON is an Alias his true name is: Kevin Farmer the owner! They are a Collection Agency but show this also Ffs, Inc. has a location in Fort Worth, TX. Active officers include Kevin Farmer. Ffs, Inc. filed as a Domestic For-Profit Corporation on Wednesday, October 22, 1997 in the state of Texas and is currently active.

Understand the laws, since they are located in Texas which the laws STATE as long as one party knows that a phone call is being recorded it can be used in a court of law!! START RECORDING.

When calling nearby's/neighbors they are NOT ALLOWED to do anything BUT ask if the person lives there THEY CAN'T LEAVE A MESSAGE WITH THE NEIGHBORS!

(c) CEASING COMMUNICATION. If a consumer notifies a debt collector in writing that the consumer refuses to pay a debt or that the consumer wishes the debt collector to cease further communication with the consumer, the debt collector shall not communicate further with the consumer with respect to such debt, except --
(1) to advise the consumer that the debt collector's further efforts are being terminated;
(2) to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor may invoke specified remedies which are ordinarily invoked by such debt collector or creditor; or
(3) where applicable, to notify the consumer that the debt collector or creditor intends to invoke a specified remedy.

If you exercise your right to use the C&D letter, you can?t say something like, ?don?t contact me at work because I am not allowed to take phone calls and don?t contact me at home because it is inconvenient?. Many people are confused by what to ask for in a C&D letter because there is language in the FDCPA allowing the consumer to request a ceasing of communications; in a separate section of the FDCPA [Section 805(a)(3)], there is language about notifying a collection agency that they cannot contact a consumer at work because they?ve been informed that the consumer?s employer does not allow it. There is also language [FDCPA Section 805(a)(2)] stating that a collection agency cannot contact a consumer when they know it is inconvenient. Of course, the latter is very difficult to prove in court.

These people are unscrupulous BILL COLLECTORS.  She called my neighbor and asked them to get a message to me.  Unbelievable!!  They are located in Ft. Worth, TX

I have told them any times that they have the wrong person and they just don't stop.  Next call is to Federal Trade Commission to file a complaint.

They called my parents in their 70's.  I called them backand they do not say what the business is and only want info from you.  If they continue to call I am getting an attorney, especially bothering senior citizens.  If they keep calling I am documenting it all and suing them.  Scam artists or something

are they still calling you. they could not reach me so they called the leasing office who i rent my apartment from.Mark Shannon trys to scare you.
