Except for a handful of occasions when a pre-recorded message was left on my answering machine, these were all hang up calls on my answering machine.   The pre-recorded message indicating that Harbor Funds was calling to inform me that it had not received instructions from me as to how to vote my shares.  I was asked to call another number and vote those shares so that the company would have a quorum at its meeting.

HOWEVER- I don?t own Harbor Funds and never have.  Additionally, the Harbor Funds Web Site   notes that ?A special meeting of the shareholders of each fund of Harbor Funds was held on June 25, 2013? and, as anyone can see, I continued to get these hang up calls AFTER the meeting.

This was from "proxy services" calling because my husband had not voted prior to an upcoming shareholders meeting

Numerous calls for weeks now. No messages left and no one speaks when I answer the phone and stay silent.

callled several times also have no idea if ligit??

Received five calls the past two days, 6/8.6/9/6/10. No message left.

Have received numerous calls from this number over the past week (June 3-10, 2013). No message left and no caller ID shown. IF they can't leave a message or have a name associated with their number, they shouldn't be allowed to call.

Two calls here in the past couple of days. No message left. Caller ID said "Unavailable".

I can't confirm that it is Harbor Investments, as some have indicated. But I can say that a legitimate investment firm should make sure it correctly identifies itself (or makes sure any telemarketing firm it hires does so) in their Caller ID "CNAM" field. They should also make sure they leave a message identifying themselves.

Pretty shoddy, no matter how you look at it.

Called at 7:45 pm, left no message, ID CAME UP "unavailable".

Called, I answered, they hung up.

Some Harbor Investments maybe but they called after 8*pm so know it was call I did not want and they left no messgae
