They called me about a debt - gave me a cutsomer number and told me I can make a payment on-line but told me they do not know the url. I hung up. Called back. Another agent answered. She also did not know the name of the company url - she said "I never visit it. We are First Source Advantage, formerly ..." hung up again.

Caller identified themselves as First Source and aksed for my birth date and social number.  I have not received any mail correspondence from this company regarding any type of past due.  I hung up

Phone rang, caller ID reported "Unavailable" and no message was left.

Just a call that says to call back at this number, but leaves no name.

Received an automated voicemail message from 800-422-1364, stating I need to call them in regard to an unpaid debt. All my medical bills are paid. The only unpaid debt I have is thousands of dollars in student loans and I'm up to date with that agency! I'm not calling these folks, even if they do know my name for whatever reason.

What a horrible experience with FirstSource. The first time i got to talk to them they asked for my social; no way i was to give it out! Second time they called and left a message without a reference #.  I called them back and asked this woman named Joan to explained the charges; when went on and on not wanting to explain to me just telling me that it was already explained when they called the first time; she started to scream at me. So i had to hang up; i was so pissed.  I called them again but made sure it was not the same person; this time it was a much better conversation.  however I'm still upset at that Joan, what an idiot; hopefully she's laid off soon. Honestly what type of customer services do they have!?!

yes  they are debt collectors.  They called me so I called back but would not give them my birthdate as it is private.  So I verified my birth month.  Come to find out it is a small medical bill for my son.  But they would not tell me the date of service becasue I was not my son.  Did I say he was under 21!  She wanted payment.  HA!!WHAT IS WRONG WITH THIS SYSTEM!

I missed a call from this number this evening and Googled it. A quick search associated Firstsource Financial Solutions, LLC with this number. There was no message left for confirmation.

They called a few times but when I picked up the line was dead. Just now, I picked up and was put on hold while I waited for an "agent" to get on the line to "discuss a business matter". After 30 seconds or so they said all agents were busy so they'll call me later. Can't wait.

Just got a call from "Jack". Said he was with "FirstSource". Asked for my wife by name. When I asked him about the reason for the call, he said that state law prohibited him from giving me any information about the nature of the call. Called back the number, got an automated system that did not identify the company. When I dialed "0" for an agent, the agent identified the company as "Firstsource Financial Solutions". Looked it up online. Web site is: http://www.firstsourcefinancialsolutions.com/. From the "Who We Are" page on their website: "Firstsource Financial Solutions, Inc. (FFS) is a healthcare collection agency that is a wholly owned subsidiary of MedAssist, Incorporated."

I'm not sure if they're legit or not, but the company's name is
Allied Creditor Service.  They were looking for someone other that who lived at my number.  I called them, at requested they remove my number from their system, as they had a wrong number.  "Rachel" was easy to deal with, and I think it's resolved.
