Just got a second charge from old navy. In my case it was a second charge of $170! Does anybody know what this is about?

Yes mine was old navy too. They had to reorder my order short 1 item and they billed a second complete charge to do that. They asked the bank to cancel the first charge but the bank takes it's sweet time to do that so I have two charges on my account.  I bank with TD. They were ubable to tell me who the merchant was lol. Thank Goodness for this post.

Did your shipment come in two separate packages? If so then you will see two different charges on your account.

Yep, it's Old Navy (ON) Online... cross-reference the phone number on your statement, and it comes up on google as well as the ON ONLINE #4733... so, it should be legit if you ordered something from Old Navy, Banana Republic or the Gap...

Oh - and the charge was legitimate...I did place an order with them, just didn't recognize the ON ONLINE#4733.

I got the same message -called my bank, and they said it was an online clothing store...(in my case it was Old Navy).

I got a charge on my account.

What is this company and when did you get my permission on a Sunday to use my credit card number? I'm reporting you.  And calling my credit company.  How did you get my number?

I just looked at my credit card bill and had the same thing.  I have no idea what it is.

over 90$ charge to my credit card from company ON Online #4733 from this number.
