If they are legit and from Guideposts, they should at least be courteous enough to leave a message instead of calling every day.

Oooohhhhhh, so that's who this is - Guideposts.  I wish they'd leave a message or at least have the Caller ID say 'Guideposts' or something.  I did subscribe and I think I'm up for renewal but I don't want another magazine in the house.  I'd rather have it on my Kindle.

I too got a call from "800-431-2344".  I was getting it many times a week; so one day I answered it.  They asked how I was doing and I replied "Not so good" and then they started talking about my subscription to Guidepost and that I needed to renew.  I asked them to remove my name from their list and they said they would...but they did not.  I know now to just not answer the call.

Guideposts are just another bunch of telemarkers. If they had to get out and sell their mags etc. they wouldn't get far. Lo and behold...the day of the telephone has arrived! I can no longer use my land line because the phone rings constantly. If I call out I get call waiting clicks..(isn't that elegant). It is a shame when I cannot talk to my brother in El Paso, TX without some idiot trying to butt in. I never answer a call unless it is someone I know. Sure enough it is so rarely anyone I know. But dial them back, and beg them to take your number off their list. If you had a gun held to their head they might. Otherwise they will just chuckle and leave your number in the robo-call list.

This is Guideposts - why they didn't leave a message is beyond me but it REALLY irritates me when this is done - if you're going to call me, leave a freaking message!!!!!

didn't answer the call

I have been getting numerous calls which I don't answer & they never leave a message. Tonight I answered & it was a guy saying he was with Guidepost magazine wanting me to renew. I told him I receive the magazine but as a gift & it is paid by someone else..He politely told me to have a nice night & hung up. Hopefully the calls will now stop.

Several calls but they don't leave a message!

Calls 2-3 times a day.  Today I blocked the number on our phone.
