I get calls from these people every week. They keep asking for someone who used to have my number and I tell them every week that the person they are looking for no longer has my number. I'm not a home or business owner and I'm on the DNC. I'm about to start calling them back everyday until they leave me the f*** alone.

calls-- I do not answer- I am on verge of cutting off land land phone service. I do not know how to get these calls to stop. I get them all day from lots of numbers and I am on "do not call" list. Phone companies better figure out ways to block them or they are going to lose all their customers.

If I do get another call from them , I will report them to the local police for harassing calls...

these calls are not from US Bankcorp. They are from some other company like "Universal Savings Bank."

I just got the same call...but I do NOT, or have I EVER owned a business! I don't necessarily believe it is legitimate...before I even responded the man as me  if I own a business. Wouldn't you think they'd KNOW if the person they're offering a business card, they would know if I owned a business? The other thing that struck me as odd was not giving me his first name. As soon as I hung up I felt that it was a fishing for information expedition.

I think it's ironic that there is an ad for Five9 Predictive Dialer on this website.  Isn't it the b*****ds who use those things that created the need for a website like this in the first place?

We need a way to stop these calls, not create more of them.

After several "missed calls" they finally got me when the phone was answered without looking at Caller ID.  US Bank wanted to offer me a new Business Credit Card with a lot of features that could be advantageous for my small business.

I told them 1) I do not now, nor have I ever owned a small business, and 2) after 10 years of retirement there is no need for a new credit card in my life.

She apologized, said she would correct their records, and would not call again.  That's pretty much the same thing they said last time.

U.S. Bank calling to ask if we'd like to open another credit card/savings/checking/etc., account with them. No. Then wanted us to buy overdraft protection. No. Told them if I needed anything, I'd go to my regular branch and ask for it. He was nice, gave me a number to call, and that was it. No pressure. This is the only bank I use, so I'm sure they'll call back...

I received a call from this number, stating they were from US Bank. He was more than willing to open a credit card with me, in my employers name, since he had me as the contact.  Well, after berating him on his shady practices, I called the number back, along with the number he rattled off to me.  Not surprisingly, they were rude. Good thing for caller id, just let them call me back, this is when they will get tag-teamed by both me and my boss.

B*****ds are prank calling me.  The least they could do is breathe heavy, but NOOOOOOOOO, they just sit there (Twice today)

How do they get our number and have the nerve to make cold calls? I am getting sick and tired of these scam telemarketers.

US BANK corp. needs to let everyone know that they DO MAKE OUTBOUND "SALES" CALLS a number that you can reach us at is 1800-434-4240 or or call US BANK CUST SERVICE at 1800-530-9454 ext 9300

Called back on four separate occasions asking US Bank  remove me from their list...and they keep calling. It is my home phone..not a business. I am on the DNC list

This last time I called back, gave their voice mail  my number to be removed...again... ..and told them I considered their calls as harassment...since I've asked three times to be removed..AND SAID I CONSIDERED THEIR CALLS AS HARASSMENT.

If I do get another call from them , I will report them to the local police for harassing calls... and to the Illinois States Attorney office for phone harassment.

They will keep calling no matter what you do. If you listen through the recorded message, it gives you a choice to be taken off the list. NO chance, I have done it 10 times and they still keep calling.
And who says the do not call list doesn't apply to a business phone? it is a list of phone NUMBERS.
There is no destinction of residence or business.

Uniden and Panasonic make CALL BLOCKING telephones.  They?re cheap - $40-$60 and they usually come with a 2nd wireless handset.  COSTCO & AMAZON SELL THEM.

I have had the same home number and the same business phone number for over 15 years and my home and my business lines (both published) seem to be on every call list imaginable.  I bought a Panasonic call blocking phone for my home and I bought a Uniden call blocking telephone for my business.

 NO MORE PROBLEMS WITH TELEMARKETERS.   THEY CAN?T GET THROUGH!

We can stop these telemarketers IF we all buy a call blocking phone.

Thanks for the information on this site.  If this is truly US Bank....then why hide behind "Toll Free" on the caller ID???
We are US Bank customers, so according to DNC regs....we will receive calls as "existing customers" forever.   UGH!!!!!!!!

And an FYI for all of you on the Do Not Call Registry.  Check your state regulations.  It allows for calls based on inquiries or requests for information for a specific period of time after that request and also allows for pre-existing business relationships.

You may have inadvertently requested information by not unchecking a box for information you really wanted and gave your permission for these annyoing calls.

Keeps calling and does not respond when we answer.  We are on National Do Not Call List, and are a business.  Someone with my husband's name, but a different social sec and date of birth is running from bills and we have had to dispute several of this persons bills on our credit report, although the this business line is not associated at all with my husband.  Last we spoke to a bill collector about this, they claimed that this person is writing our business phone number on their checks and writing bad checks!!!  I am about ready to take some bill collectors to court to get them off of our backs along with the person who claims they have not written our phone number on his bad checks.  Bill collectors beware: CHECK YOUR FACTS BEFORE CALLING AND VERIFY DOB AND SS# IN ORDER TO AVOID YOUR BUTT GETTING KICKED IN COURT!!! Done venting.
