It is a scam. Advance fee loans are illegal in the US. Steve Ham is one of the scammers. He is planning to steal $200 from you. He will never lend you any money.
His name is almost certainly not Steve Ham. He is probably located outside the US, beyond the reach of US law enforcement. He will not be caught.

They told me to western union $200 & then I get my $. But to do person to person form. What kind of legit company tells you to do that? its tempting, but I think its a scam. For the person who said they got a loan can you provide more info?

Received a call long time ago claiming to be from Rogerlen...needless to say I was an idiot for dealing with them...lost money in the process, but now when I call that number and extension 202 for Brad, he won't answer or hangs up on me. I am reporting Fraud to local authorities...thankfully I have receipts :) Even though it was a dumb move on my part.
