I didn't get a phone call, just a Cd in the mail telling me I ordered it and a charge of $77.83 to my debit card on January 26, 2010

They charged my debit acount.

These folks hit my checking account for 77.83. on March 1. When I called to find out who it was, they did not even identify themselves. I was told to send a fax of my acct. drivers license, and complaint for a refund.  I did all this and was contacted by e-mail that I would have to contact local police and my bank. I replyed,demanded my money, and told them they wer thieves and that I was sick and not able to do all the s*** they required, because I had already done what they requested. After a few e-mails and long hoiling periods and speaking to non ENGLISH speaking people, and really being more harsh than I like to be , I just checkec my account on line.... They have deposited my 77.83. Back...... How the hell do they get your info. I had never heard of these jerks. Keep on them as I did and good luck. I really sent some ugly e-mails, which is so unlike me, but it is tough times and I have been out of work for 2 years because of a lay-off and accident. 77.83 is lot of money to me, even if I had employment. RIDE thier A** and get it back.... I am so grateful. And I normally do not behave in such a manner... Sometimesyou have to get on thier level so they can hear you. I even complained about thier operators speech, { sorry excuse for English}  and a supervisor was just as bab... Damn what has this world come to. Thank God I got mine back and I wish you all the same success. You will have to be persistant an probably rude.   But 77.83 is a lot of money. Took me around 3 hours and a lot of head-aches. All I purchased was a $1.97 online guide and now this crap happens. Three "memberships" to different web hosting sites. What the hell!? How is this legal!?

How do you go about filing a complaint with the FBI about this scam?

I ordered a sample of toothpaste/whitening and apprently agreed to a membership and monthly fees.  I have been fighting this since January.  First they took the $1.99 plus shipping out of my account, then $14.95 for a fee.  I called and demanded that this be put back in my account.  They did so within a few days. Then, yesterday, 3/11/10 I noticed a $85.50 fee taken out of my account for another membership fee.  When I called, they asked didn't you read the agreement?  I said I only agreed to receive a sample of a product for $1.99 not to any membership.  The person I spoke with was very hard to understand with a horrible echo on the line plus very terrible English.  I ended up having to raise my voice and told them that if this is not put back into my account I would report them to the BBB and to the commissioner in my state.  Well...we'll see if this will end.  Hate this such a dishonest, deceitful scam..

These people scammed me twice and the only way i could stop it was by cancelling my debit card and filing a fraud report with the bank. And it is a scam. They will sell your info to other companies who also charge your account.  The other companies are MUCH more willing to refund you completely as they know of this scam. I also filed an internet crime complaint with the FBI and encourage all to do so.

i will find out who these people are and beat the f*** out of someone......people dont mess with my money and my family this way. If the government cant stop them then i f****ng will.

They got me twice, I have not been able to reach these people.  Put in a dispute with my debit card company, no word yet.

They got to me too.  I have no idea who these people are, but I'm getting a little pissed off.  This card was so I could have emergency funds when I travel.  I got stuck overnight because the money I thought was there wasn't.

I never got a thing but supposedly signed up for something from these people. I got another charge for 80 some dollars today and after 23 minutes on hold- finally got through to someone.  When I asked them where the product was that I supposedly had ordered they told me they can not control of the postal services and that it was not their problem. I told them to cancel my account and to refund my money. They said they canceled my account but could not refund my money because they could not prove I did not receive the product.  They werent even able to tell me what the product was.

i have never given out my debit card number to any site except to pay a medical bill about a month ago and now this is the second time this has happened to me! The first charge was for 30.82 and the second was for 77.83! SCAM

It's not fraud company...it is one of the internet money making promotions, where you pay 19.99 to recieve ebook or whatever and then in small print they say that monthly fee is 77.83 and you can cancel within 5 days...unfortunately nobody sees it and i think there going to be bunch of people ripped off like that. I just lost my 77.83. A price to pay to be stupid I guess. BTW they did not want to refund my money since it's being over 5 days.
