The whole thing is a scam, and Jack Schneider is tied in with a number of other "real you in type companies" that in turn refer you to one of Schneider's so called companies. DCC (Document Collection Corp) & (Consumer Education Network)" / Jack Michael Schneider.

Be on the look out for a company called CRG (Compliance Review Group) that states, they gather info needed to supply you with doc's needed to approach your mortgage company to lower or modify your loan. At no time do they mention that you will need another $4,000 to $10,000 to get legal representation to process anything. (Only after they get your money) They take your money and give you doc's that are really not worth much with out legal representation, and to find out from a legal group, that the doc's aren't very useful to them anyway.

Watch for a company called Compliance Review Group, that refers you to the Scam of DCC as legal rep's for you. Then to find out a rep from the Document Collection Corp (DCC), like the Sr. Accounts Manager, 900 West 17th Street Suite E, Wellington Square Legal Center, Santa Ana, CA 92706, Office: (714)  888-5827, Fax: (714) 882-5091, who did the money collecting and then bounced for one company name to the other, like BK Law 4U, now it's  "Legal Document Preparation" Direct: (949) 340-0144, Fax: (949) 315-3089, Fax: (714) 829-3035, 27031 Vista Terrace Suite 216, Lake Forest CA 92630,   <http://www.5starservicescorp.com/home>,  http://www.5starservicescorp.com/home
Is very hard to track and find, if you pay in, you'll spend months trying to get your money back, if at all...

Stay away, these companies are all linked in one way or another. They say "pay your money 1st"????? RED FLAG.......

I also received a message from Edward Burns this morning.  "Yeah, hi, this is Edward Burns.  Sorry I missed you.  I'm calling about your property.  Umm, I'm in the Loan Workout department and I've got your case file in front of me.  I think we may have a solution to your problem, but you need to call me.  My telephone number is 714-882-5075, that's 714-882-5075.  Thanks!"

I would also like to warn everyone of this.  First of all, no one can "fix" my problem as 1 day after my bankruptcy was dismissed, my predatory loan servicer, Ocwen Mortgage, sold my home at auction.  with no notice.  They bought my loan from another company after they saw that I was 2 payments behind.  I attempted to get a modification for 2 years and it was delayed over and over again.  They want your house and they will do anything within the limits of the law to get it.  There is no oversight of any kind regarding these banks and servicers.  Even my lawyer stated that there has only been one case that was won regarding an overturn of the sale, and then that was struck down by the Supreme Court, because they don't want the floodgates to open up regarding all of these cases nationwide!  How could someone be so heartless to attempt to scam good people into losing more money, when they've had one of the most devasting events in their whole life just happen?  Wow.  Thanks to all of you who posted before me!!  I pray that all of you are blessed abundantly for your service to us all !!

I received the same message from Edwards Burns twice while I was out. He said he is from the Loan Workout Dept. He said he has my case file in front of him and he may have a solution to my problem but I need to call him. He left a number: 714-882-5075 and when I called the number a lady's voice is in answering machine saying that I reached the office of Eugene Goldman. I thought it was from B of A because I submitted a loan modification that week and expecting a response from them. Thank you to your postings because I clearly learned now that it was a scam. I'm glad there's a site like this that makes people be aware that they are being fooled by heartless evil people.

I have recorded these calls and reported Eugene Goldman aka Adrienne (forgot his last name) aka Edward Burns to both the Do Not Call registry and the state of California. I've confirmed that the First Family Justice Center (according to the "answering service" they are out of Minnesota) isn't authorized to do business in California and now the American Home Savers (also not eligible to do business in California). "Edward Burns" has a 714 area code return number.

I received a call from Eugene Goldman stating my file just crossed his desk in the loan workout area & that he can help but I must call him back at 800-441-1308.  When I did so to tell him to take me off whatever phone list he had, I received a message  thanking me for calling the Legal Aid Center & that someone would be with me if I didn't have the extension of the person I needed.  I held for about 5 mins. before the message stated that time to leave a message had run out.

I may have to just change my number so I stop getting these nuisance calls.

BEWARE of their Latest FRAUD!!!!!!!

Forensic Mortgage Loan Audit Scams: A New Twist on Foreclosure Rescue Fraud
Fraudulent foreclosure ?rescue? professionals use half-truths and outright lies to sell services that promise relief to homeowners in distress. According to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), the nation?s consumer protection agency, the latest foreclosure rescue scam to exploit financially strapped homeowners pitches forensic mortgage loan audits.

In exchange for an upfront fee of several hundred dollars, so-called forensic loan auditors, mortgage loan auditors, or foreclosure prevention auditors backed by forensic attorneys offer to review your mortgage loan documents to determine whether your lender complied with state and federal mortgage lending laws. The ?auditors? say you can use the audit report to avoid foreclosure, accelerate the loan modification process, reduce your loan principal, or even cancel your loan.

Nothing could be further from the truth. According to the FTC and its law enforcement partners:

there is no evidence that forensic loan audits will help you get a loan modification or any other foreclosure relief, even if they?re conducted by a licensed, legitimate and trained auditor, mortgage professional or lawyer.
some federal laws allow you to sue your lender based on errors in your loan documents. But even if you sue and win, your lender is not required to modify your loan simply to make your payments more affordable.
if you cancel your loan, you will have to return the borrowed money, which may result in you losing your home.
If you are in default on your mortgage or facing foreclosure, you may be targeted by a foreclosure rescue scam. The FTC wants you to know how to recognize the telltale signs and report them. If you are faced with foreclosure, the FTC says legitimate options are available to help you save your home.

Spotting a Scam
If you?re looking for foreclosure prevention help, avoid any business that:

guarantees to stop the foreclosure process ? no matter what your circumstances are
instructs you not to contact your lender, lawyer or credit or housing counselor
collects a fee before providing any services accepts payment only by cashier?s check or wire transfer
encourages you to lease your home so you can buy it back over time
recommends that you make your mortgage payments directly to it, rather than your lender
urges you to transfer your property deed or title to it
offers to buy your house for cash at a fixed price that is inappropriate for the housing market
pressures you to sign papers you haven?t had a chance to read thoroughly or that you don?t understand.
Finding Legitimate Help
Housing experts say that when you?re behind on your mortgage payments, maintaining communication with your lender is the most important thing you can do. Contact your lender or servicer immediately if you?re having trouble paying your mortgage or you have received a foreclosure notice. You may be able to negotiate a new repayment schedule.

I have gotten at least 8 calls from these clowns every week for the past 8 weeks. EVERY time I punch the number indicating I want to have my number removed but they keep calling back.  I even tried leaving another number to have a rep call me.  Three different reps called me and each time I told them to remove my number and they actually said they would do so.  And I STILL got calls!   I have filed 2 complaints with the FCC.
Obviously these are a bunch of really bad players who are going to continue until someone shuts them down.

Voicemail from 360 722-5910 from a person saying his name was Eugene Goldman.  Left a # 800 441-1308 and said to be sure and call him so we could save our property from forclosure.  I might  call him back and give him my attorney's phone #.  I don't know why he thinks that people who are allowing the banks/financial institutions to forclose are looking for a way out by keeping property that is only worth 1/3 of what was financed.  HEY! I have already chosen my way out by hiring an attorney.

I got the exact same call.  We are in the process of doing a short sale -- this guy, Eugene Goldman 1-800-441-1308 sounded like he was calling from MY lender, but he isn't.  Same exact script -- that he claimed he had my case in front of him - and that he has a solution that should resolve our problem -- but he conspicuously fails to mention what company he is with; then said it was very urgent that i call him back at his "direct line" of 800-441-1308.

Thanks to this 800notes.com site, i was able to confirm my suspicions; that he's just a third-party hack.
Thank you!!!
