This number takes orders for magazines.  One of the Mags they tout is "IDEAS & DISCOVERIES"  A good mag, but better get it elswhere

Their scam works this way?
1. You pay by debit card.
2. Payment  is quickly withdrawn from your bank.
3. Months later even after many complaints and false promises to mail the subscription nothing happens. !
4. They make repeated promises to get the subscription started but it never happens.  With each new promise, they hedge by saying that it will take 2 or more weeks for the first magazine to arrive. Even after confirming that is the best they can do, If you tell them to send a refund instead they will SUDDENLY discover the magazine was mailed several days ago and you could receive it in the next day or two!  
5. Assuming that your are totally doltish, the next time you call, they will repeat  the same song and dance!
6. They DO NOT ship product!

BUT:
1. They DO log some of your complaints.
2. Their agents  are automatically alerted  to former complaints by the caller_ID  of the phone from which you either filed or updated a complaint.
3. So, IF they happen to CHOOSE to answer your call, they do have all of the info regarding your complaints.
Personnel:    

The names of two of their front line phone personnel  are Jean and Pam. Their supervisor?s name is Carol. Pam claimed  that her  last name is Miller.

ADVICE::
If you have already fallen prey to these scammers, file a complaint with your credit or debit  card company immediately!  Otherwise, they will drag out the time to the point that you have no recourse.
