I paid my bill, i still get calls, the dr office said they should stop, what do i do now, i keep reporting it to the dr office every time they call, maybe they will get tired of me bothering them and do something!

i have been dealing with receivable recovery services, l l c. since beginning of 2009. have been paying monthly payments on a delinquent hospital. i have received some legitimate calls from them when payments were late. my problem with them is they do not send out statements. so you do not know your balance, were my payments being credited properly? i feel very uncomfortable about paying money and not being able to track it. when i call the 1-800-459-0116 i do get to speak to my rep, she's not pleasant to deal with. she continues to tell me i can see what going on with my account online. problem is that web site www.rrspay.com brings up lots of sites, none of which are what i need.. think I'm just going to with hold my payments until contacted. at which time i will tell them i will make no further payments until someone gives me the proper info i need to track my account.don't think any judge would say i just have to continue to pay money i can't track??

I keep getting calls from this number 800-459-0116 on my answering machine for my husband.  My husband has been dead for 21/2 years.  PLEASE STOP CALLING!!!

I received a letter from RRS Recovery saying I owe $707.00 and it says they have been retained by the above creditor.  in the reference section it says   RE:  Your creditors.(no name of who I owe.) Are they kidding?  Gee guess I'll just send them some money for "My Creditors".    NOT Happening.    I have Medical ins. and have never received a bill for this amount.


And to LOGIC above,  that statement is not true.

This number has called me AT MY JOB several times and I want it STOPPED immediately!

This is a collection agency for a hospital, the one I used is in Hammond, LA. Very nice, but they do not have the information that they need to process the claims correctly.

keep receiving a voicemail from this number to call, Ms Harris's name was given on the voicemail,left a message to remove my number and I continue to recieve calls.
