calls and hangs up

these people keep calling me and my two kids to tell us that our car warrenty is out. Seeing how my 10 year old isnt a car owner and im sure they are not talking about my 1978 ford -150 p-up, I would be sure to say this is a scam. I have done a little r&d thru hacking and i know who you are and I guess I will have to pay you a visit and try to refrain from woopin yo a...@$#... when I get there! Yours Truly! Health Insurance for $3.00 a day - recorded message telling to press 1 to be connected to operator.  I pressed 1 and the call disconnected.  Call came in to work issued cel phone

I just missed that call and I just wanted to know who it was. So annoying, don't you think?

i get these calls on my work line and just got this number today on my cell but I didn't answer.... LOL my car is 16 years old!!!

Got a call from this #, didn't p/u, instead I googled it and here Iam. Glad I didnt pick up.

Phone call that began with "...second notice that my car warranty was going to expire..."  Inquired about the company.  They got a bit defensive and then offered me an extended warranty for $3,399.  Seemed fishy to me.

Listen to the entire message and press 2.  This should stop the calls.  No guarantees though.  Best oof luck.

I get calls from this number and 207-377-7914 at all hours of the day and night.  Always a recording about my warranty - Warranty on WHAT?!? Obviously its a scam or something but it is so annoying.  Esepecially at work when a call comes in.  There should be some way to stop this or have the numbers blocked...

I have gotten several phone calls from this number and all of the phone call is in SPANISH.

Call came on my company issued cell phone. "Second notice that my car warranty was going to expire." Got subsequent calls from 815-418-2034 and 617-625-5509 all with same message.

What the flip? It's just an answering machine telling me that my warranty is about to expire.... the thing is I totaled my car about a year ago and they want me to renew? They're stupid!!!!! And when I try to speak with someone, they hang up on me... also.... when I call them back, the call won't go through. HOW ANNOYING!!!!!!!

This place is retarted. They were calling telling me my car warranty is about to expire. I have a brand new car and it is leased. I actually stayed on the line and talked to them. I said, "You're trying to sell me additional warranty but my car is leased.. if you're with my car company why don't you know that? Then when I tried to find out how they got my number they hung up the phone on me.

The number 800-465-7962 called my cell phone many times, I hate this phone number. Stop calling me!!!!

I have got call from them and hit one to tell the people it is the wrong number and they hung up on you can you can not call the number back.

Wretched people - automated call about car warranty expiring.  How would they know what car I drive and how old it is?

i get calls from this # at least 5 to 6 times a day.  very frustating b/c i don't know who it is.  i hate recordings when i answer my phone so i hang up or just do not answer it .  the only way to see who it is, is to open phone & hang up immediately.  always appears  " incoming call " on front of phone.  if they can't identify themselves when they call , why should i have to answer.  very sneaky, hate it, wish it would stop already!!!!!

DON'T CALL THEM BACK- AT ALL, FOR ANY REASON! This is scam! The purpose is to get you to call them from the number they dialed -it lets these fools know that your number is live and functional...and ripe for the taking. The return calls NEVER 'go through', but it doesn't mean you haven't been CHARGED for the call. If you've called the number on your caller ID, check your phone bill and make your phone company AND state attorney general aware of what is going on. Again, DON'T CALL THEM BACK!  Here's the kicker: legit companies are hiring hackers to help them keep their security programs up to snuff; making the full grown lion your family pet won't prevent the nature of the beast from coming out and making your family a tasty treat!

HAVE YOU BEEN GETTING STRANGE phone calls from numbers you have no clue who they are and some are spam when you look them up. It?s Facebook  / Twitter ...how?s is that?
EVERYTIME YOU download an application you are sold /given to these crazy people out there and then they have all access to all your information on your account.  Did you know that?
You need to go into your privacy account page and go to the bottom of that page and find 3 options and the first 2 will show all your applications you need to EDIT them those are all down loaded and shared, you need to delete each one of them.
WOW-HUH!!! So the next app will be how much you hate deleting applications from facebook. :-) All applications you choose and except get all your info.

Why are these people calling me about my car when i don't even have one???!!

I finally listened to the whole message after receiving lots of annoying calls on all our numbers it gave me an option to be removed from their list

They called me a few days ago too. I didn't answer, and they haven't called since. Guess I'm one of the lucky ones that don't get called from them anymore (:

I got a message from this number:
800.465.7962 this evening,
coming to my new phone number, only days old, 951.402.xxxx, and unlisted.

Upon tracing it through a Google search, I found it is one of the numbers
used by a sales scam announcing "your car warranty is about to expire".
I have gotten this on a land line phone, cell phones, even my daughter's
cell phone, who is in a wheelchair and does not drive!

This Web site lists the experiences of several people, all annoyed at the intrusions.

I'm sure you already have a file, and perhaps have traced back to the owners of
this and other related numbers.  I'm sure they are using a random dialing system
of some kind.

I revised a call from this number and they said that I won, and I have tow choices a trip some where that I would love to go or $1,500.00 but they asked me for my credit or debit card number to see if I was the winner. I asked them but I thought you said that I was the winner and that why you call to let me know about it. And then said ya but I still need your card number and I told I don't have a credit or debit card as soon as I said that hang up on me and I tried to call it back and a message said this number is not valid number please check the and try again. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha I'm not even gonna do that hope they get caught.

This is the first time I have gotten a call from them. I didnt answer it but when tried to call it back-said call wouldnt go thru. Tried finding them in the online white pages but with no sucess. I dont know how they got my number but I dont want them calling again after reading some of the other posts.
