Yup, got Richard O'Brien today as well....of course, who knows if that is really his name.  Took a message from him for my business partner.  He had "good news" regarding the federal tax matter.  Yeah, right!!!  He totally sounded like a salesman with a quota.

Yeah, you are with 20 20 like the TV show, right. WRONG you idiot. And you have the stupidity to leave a message. Get a real job where you like work, not just scam people.

We have received several phone calls from different people at 20/20. Obviously they are random calling small businesses hoping to find someone who needs tax help. If you're OK with IRS don't bother with these guys.

i have received a call from 1 800 466 5751 ext 107  from brian richard ,,said a good news for the state  to help for my taxes,was super pushy and pushy,,and mean,,i asked  him to speak to his boss,he said he is the boss,and he will take no for answer,

These people are scumbags!! Saying you owe taxes when you don't. What a&#*HOLES!  I can't believe they can sleep at night. STAY AWAY from this guy RICHARD OBRIEN!

12-26-12 update - 20/20 Tax help still has this number.

got a call from manuel figueroa with same number 1800 466 5751 ext 112  saying that they represent the  state of nyc to help the franchise i work as a general manager , dont  know how the got my personal cel number , but my question was "are you from the irs?  never got a answer.

Same phone call about taxes from a Richard Obrien with 20/20 - bottom feeders!

My employer received a phone call from Erica Jackson, who said she was from 20/20 and that she had good news regarding a tax audit.  She gave her phone number as 800-466-5751, ext. 159.  We do not have any issues with our taxes and have no idea why Erica called us.  Needless to say, we did not return her call.  After reading the post from LynfromtheD, I am glad we didn't.

This is 20/20 Tax Resolution.  They are calling to help you with your tax debt.  If you paid off the IRS, you don't need them.  Just another business looking for people in tax debt.
