Appears that Discover sold my contact information to these telemarketers selling health insurance. That's the only company I have given this number to.

I missed the call. They left no message.

Scammers! Identity thieves

Just got a call on my cell from this number also, tried to call back said "Invalid number from my area code (?)"  don't know what this means...

Called my cell phone; claimed to lower my credit card (any card).

Received call from this number; did not recognize number, so did not answer and deleted voice message without listening to it.

I received a call from this number and they didn't leave a message.  I have recently posted an ad on Craigs list.

Just called, no message.

Just called my cell, and when I called the number back it said "This number is blocked from your calling area"

automated calls at my office desk asking for credit card info with offer of reducing interest rate. no person at the other end

This number just called me and I didn't answer but its funny i got a text message from them asking me to call them ...since when do telemarketers or anything like that text a cell phone ..that is a bit unprofessional and odd if you ask me ...i think it's a scam for sure , because i don't have a credit card or anything like that so i don't see why they would be calling me ....

Got a call from this number on my cell phone. I ignored it, so I do not know who is calling.

im still a minor... i dont even have a credit card... i accidentally picked up for it... i looked at the number upside down so i thought it was 460 something... which wouldve been a number i knew... but then it was about credit cards... ugh. idk how they got that number though...

called left no Message Caleed # back and got a recording say the number has been blocked from my phone or it out of my calling range

Just called my cell number that no one has. Either they dial randomly or the phone company gave it to them.

It was the "there is no problem with your current credit card account" folks.

Unselicited Call

got a call about health insurance on my 11 yr. old daughter's phone from this number.  She does not need these kinds of calls.  I want them stopped.

Said they could insure me and family for as little as $3.00 per day.

I receive SEVERAL calls from this number every day. The recording is in Spanish... I do not speak Spanish! They call my cell phone! I tried the call back number that someone else listed, and conveniently got a voice mail. HOW CAN I OPT OUT OF THIS STUPID CALL IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE SAYING?!?!?

Got a call from 8004667865 to my cell phone on 7/9/09 at 1 PM PST. Did not answer, they left msg about some health care plans. "Press 1 to ... press 2 to be removed from the list."

I tried calling the number back, and it appears to be invalid. How can they spoof the phone number from which the call is coming?

Is there a legal action/complaint one take?

Got a call from these people at around 12:05pm, Thu Jul 9, 2009.  The thing told me to press 1 to speak to a representative, so I did.  Some guy came on the line, and was offering me some credit cards or something... I told him (politely) to take me off of their list, and he said they won't do it (in a very irate tone).  I told him, in a very serious voice, "Listen you f***ing pr*ck, if you don't take me off of that f***ing list and I get ONE MORE F***ING call from you, I will personally trace this number, find out where you live, track you down, and I will slit your f***ing throat and then burn down your home with your family still inside.  After i finished my diatribe, I hear about 2 seconds of silence, then he hung up the phone.  No more callbacks, no more annoying calls =)

has called several days in row while I'm at work (on my cell phone). Answered the first time, will not make that mistake again. seemed to be recording... something about credit cards.

i got a call from this number the automatied thing told me to press 1 to speak to some one about lowering my rates on my credit cards the thing is i have debit cards so i pressed 1 to ask the represinative to take my nuber off of the calling list because i have not any CREDIT cards the b***h hung up on me and i tried to call this same toll free number back and it said that it was out of my calling area.WHO ARE THESE PEOPLE ? DO THEY EVEN HAVE THE RIGHT TO DO SUCH THINGS TO PEOPLE? thats like harrassment and you cant even do anything about it!! or can we??? i hate this

Appeared as a "missed call" in my Google Voice account, which I have had for less than a week. Left no message, but the number that appears is probably used by a call centre (or centres) operating several scams and dialing numbers at random.
