Receiving calls from 1-800-265-0687.It also states personal information for release merchandise that I allegedly won but,I know about all these scams. That's stealing information from the internet.Someone is also getting my E-mail and sending scam notice. For instance WAL-MART survey is also calling and asking for information but do not reward they survey offer after getting information to ship gift cards.

I just got a notice from virginai bureau office w/phone # 1800-597-5382.  First I scrubbed it on the BBB website.  There was no such business name.  Then I googled mapped the address.  It gave me every business operating in that building.  Guest what?  No virginia bureau office!  Then I called the 800 number just for the heck of it.  I stayed on the line for about 10 minutes, then an operator answered.  Before she bagan questioning me, I questioned her.  I asked what company was this?  She said tronics company.  I googled it,  No such name.  Then I asked her how long had they been in business, and she said hold on while I check that information.  Then she returned to the phone to tell me they had been in operation for 8 years.  Then I asked her how did they get my name and address.  Her reply was, "You called me".  I then hung up my phone and thought to myself, "Wow!  8 years of scamming people."  Rule of thumb:  If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is!

I recieved one today too. These things are always scams...i do not know how they got my information but they certainly can. Why would they be wanting to release to you all of this equipment ? They didnt even to bother to put it could be a sweepstakes. At least more people MIGHT consider calling...because everyone from time to time have entered things that they have forgotten about. I am a Law Enforcement student, and i graduate in 2 more quarters..we have studied this kind of thing...and right off the rip...i knew it was fake. So its in my trash and has been. If your iffy about something, most of the time your gut is right. To many people get ripped off in this country because of scams...not only has it hurt peoples wallets, its also can interfere with peoples emotions. ( I have seen where someone from Ghani, scammed a family member of mine...by love and lies...) long story..but after investigation of this so called "woman" that lived in the States...so "she" said...it was a person trying to scam, that lived in Ghani. Do alot of research on things...the internet as everyone knows is the gateway....there are special sites for scams....anyways...if it sounds to good to be true it probally is.
