Rec'd call a few minutes ago. Called about our mortgage. I told him we weren't interested in refinancing our mortgage. He goes it isn't refinancing it is a loan modification. Kept saying listen to me, listen me. I get irritated when they don't want to listen to me. I told him we had tried loan modification a couple of times and were really not interested in doing it. I told him I wanted our number taken off their list, not that will help but it made me feel better. When I get mad I start to holler. I think he might have gotten the message that I wasn't going to listen to him. He had a foreign accent. It seems even though you are registered for the DO NOT CALL LIST they still seem to get through. It's irritating.

This company has been calling me at the most inappropiated time. It seems that the company is operating  overseas likely from India duetthe accent of the caller

Number called several times said his name was mike with northern financial...when I told him I didnt need assistance and to take me off the call list he began cursing and saying he was going to come and f*** my wife and f*** me off the list...and continued on with profannity...

# now used in connection w/ 605-277-9487, this 909 # = their contact #, New Horizon Financial aka Treusch Law Group, FL, they want $1500 up front to do a 100% guaranteed loan mod. Upfront fees are illegal.

They call everyday to our organization. Is there any solutions to fix this problem?

Google Government's official "DO NOT CALL REGISTRY" and put your # on do not call list and if you get calles like this you can turn them in.

Yesterday I got a call from 909-545-6556, when I answered, the called hung up so I called the # and the guy answered and said his name was Mike and he could help us with our mortgage problem, he was supposed to call back today and he just did but when I answered he hung up so I googled the # and got this Information: the # is in Onterio, California.

We have been receiving calls from 909-545-6556 at odd hours of the day or night (such as 7:30 AM!).  Someone speaking a combination of Spanish and broken English eventually left a message, claiming to be able to help us with our mortgage.  Our mortgage has been paid off for years and ALL of our phones ARE on the government's official DO NOT CALL REGISTRY - so we have no idea how these people could have gotten hold of our number or why they would be subjecting us to this barrage of incessant and unwanted telephone calls.

Just got a call from these guys... I dont even have a mortgage but the guy called and claimed he had my mortgage and could help.  What B.S.!!!!

Woman called, speaking Spanish.  Eventually got across to her that I couldn't understand a word she was saying.  She switched to broken English.  Claimed to be eager to help us refinance our mortgage.  I told her that our mortgage has been paid off for at least the past ten years and told her NOT to call again.  Informed her that our number is part of the government's DO NOT CALL Registry - and that if she EVER called again - we WOULD file a complaint against her company!
