here we go again, on 11-9-09 I answered phone this time. male caller asking for Mr Cox, I asked who is calling? he said Mike from ER Solutions. I told him we are on a do not call list, his reply was-that only applys to telemarketing! I told him it is like harrassing, it is an aggrivating call, When I have told others that have been calling, there has not been a James Cox Jr at this number or lived here. I said somone might of used this number. I asked Mike, Why do we keep getting calls-when-ER Solutions should already know who lives here at this address and phone number. He-Mike said, he would remove name and number from the List. I said thank you! and we hung up.   Debt Collector or Scam?

10-28-09 this caller used the name, ER Solutions call this #   Mon-Thur 7-9 pm,   Fri.7am-3pm

9-28-09 another call from Debt Solutions looking for James Cox Jr.  for past few years we let the answering machine get most of the calls. debt collector or could be a prank/scam?

This collection agency 800 number came in as a local number (513-273-4474) and left a message asking to call 800-477-5416.

This number keeps calling and calling , they don't leave a message so I'm not calling them back.  It's really annoying.

Some guy named Dwayne Smith called, his number is 1-800-477-5416.

HSBC MC has a balance he is collecting on behalf of this company.

It's a collecting agency...said it is past due and he needs to collect.

I don't have any card with HSBC.

I would love to know how to stop these people from calling!

They keep on calling but never leave a message. I do not have any debts. So they need to stop calling. If they are looking for someone I know, I will not give out any information, because they already have on file.

This is a business phone and I've been getting numerous calls from this number looking for someone who we don't know. I called back to ask them to take us off the list, they asked for the number and then I got disconnected. I called back several times but got disconnected each time. They're still calling. How can I get them to stop?

Called parents and got nasty with my sister.

If you want the calls to stop, it can be easily solved.....  Get a magicjack for 20 bucks a year.  You get a local phone number and then change all your accounts over to that number.  Let them call.......You don't need to have it hooked up to a phone in your house and they can leave all the messages you want, while you get some space to work out your issues.  Since I've been out of work for 7 months, I have been able to be relatively stress free while I get on my feet, without these "barking dogs" nipping at my heels.....

They are an extension of HSBC Auto Finance.  The one time I answered, the lady was really nice,  Later in the day, I was called again and the guy on the phone told me that they had a warrant for my arrest and the only way to turn it off, was to give him personal information via phone and they could "clear it all up right away".  He told me that If I didn't do this, that He would call Children's Protective Services and my kids would be taken away from me, when I was arrested.  Only problem here?  My kids are all grown and moved out of my home!  What jerks!  I'll call and pay more, when I feel like it!

Just got a call from this #. Like everyone has stated it is ERS. Funny thing was when the representative left a phone message he stated it was the IRS.

They call all of the time an there was a time I had a past due balance with HSBC that was 8 months ago. Even though I was making payments. I got it caught up  by sending the money directly to HSBC because if I paid through ER Solutions they charged an extra $10 a month which I paid what they said so needless to say the balance wasn't going down it was going up every month and I was still accruing late fees. ER Solutions continues to call and even though they have been advised to stop call they call 4-15 times a day.

I received a phone call today from ER solutions 425-562-3215. tha man said he was trying to reach my neighbor at 201 and I am 203.,  He left this number.....800-477-5416 ext 3102.  Asking me to give her this message.  He had been trying to reach her in an important business matter and wanted me to pass it along.  Like I am going to do that!!!

The number left for me as a contqact lead me to this sight.  There is an ER solutions listed, with a board similiar to this one.  they are a collection agency for Washington Mutual.  I am trying to figure out why they would be calling me and asking me to please pass this number and name along to my niehgbor?  Is that legal???
