These people call Kurt,on his job almost every day sometimes 3 times a day,that is Harrassment!

They are from the Viking Collection Service, which is a Collection Debt agency.  They are calling on behalf of Bank of America.  I returned the call once, and basically was threatened in any way you can imagine as it related to getting after my family, taking my home, seizing my property, destroying my career, pursuing legal action with law suits and judgments, hurting my physical and mental well being, etc...   They should be reported to the FTC for their unethical collection practices; I do NOT recommend returning their phone calls.  They are located in Minneapolis, MN.  The Federal Trade Commission should be notified of their unfair debt collection practices - the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act prohibits abuse from debt collectors; and thats exactly what they are doing.
