recieved a message on my answering machine from an automated caller.  no details.  knew my name though.

These people are from Arrow Financial and are very nasty.  Of course the are a collection agency.

Yes, it's a collection agency - Arrow Financial Services.

I get repeated calls on my cell phone for a woman named Holly. I've explained to them countless times that I do not know her.

I encourage everyone to continually call all 3 of their 800 numbers and leave long messages telling them to remove your number. I am calling over and over, probably placing 50 - 60 calls to them this weekend, staying on the phone for as long as I can each time. That costs them money on their 800 line phone bill. Maybe if we all keep calling they will finally remove some numbers.

Leave really long messages, repeat your phone number, tell them to remove it, just make sure you stay on for long times, and tell them your point is to waste their money because you are so frustrated with them.

finally got a VERY RUDE PERSON when I called back (past repeated attempts just got me disconnected while I was holding for a "rep") who NASTILY insisted my number would not be called again.

Have been getting automated, machine, calls from a number that shows 224-233-0050, OUT OF AREA, on caller ID. The machine asks for someone whom I have never heard of and tells in the message to have that person call 800-481-7597. The message machine doesn't have a way to tell it that it is calling the wrong number.

I got the same message, claiming to be a collection agency.  They want me to call them back at extension 3154.
