This number has called me 212 times in the past month.

They call every day at 8am at least once, Saturday included.  I answered today and they are asking for someone with my dad's name. Steve though, not Stephen, and say its a personal business matter. She wanted to know who I was and I told her I'd rather know who she was since she's calling my house every morning at 8. No luck- all she wants is another number for Steve. My dad has never lived at this house or had this number but he did cosign my mortgage. Hmmm... I hate these people.

I started recieving calls from this phone numbermid. february of this year. They start calling at 7:00a.m. and last call about 9:00p.m., 7 days a week. They call no less than 4 times each day. I talked with someone three times.  They indicated that I owed, " Over 6 thousand dollars." They could/would not give me a credit card name or number. I never answer this number anymore, yet they continue to call.

Called the number back and it's for HSBC / Household Financal

These people call me at least 6-8 times on average a day.  I answered once but the woman calling was asking to speak to my husband and when he could be reached.  I said I was his wife and they could speak with me.  They refused, wouldn't id themselves and still keep calling even after I told them to stop.  Who are these creeps?

They call all the time is there a way to block the number or turn them over for abusive practices?

They call my Cell phone Number all the time and when I answered there is no one on the other end  and all of a sudden  they hang up it happen like three times a day.

These people have called me around 57 time JSUT this week looking for someone who apparently owes lots of money. I just got my phone and thanks to you guys, I have figured out that HSBC also has another phone number that calls me about the same time each week. Also, I did some research. They are based in the UK. They call us from the UK! I hate those people.

These people are ruthless.  We missed a payment and they started calling at 7 am until 8pm. Then, they called me at work and when I was unavailable had the Operator paging me for an urgent phone call!  Then, the icing on the cake, when I talked to them and told them I was at work on a conference call and could make a payment later that evening they said, so we will note in your file that you are refusing to pay!  REFUSING TO PAY!  Can you believe it?  Ridiculous...

I just closed on a condo and since then I get the persistent calls from 18004851792. I just don't answer, but i suspected it was some sort of spam.

These people are idiots.  I work at home and they have initiated a denial of service attack on my telephone.  They call so much and so frequently that they are preventing me from working to earn money to pay them.

they call me 3-4 times a day and leave no messages it starts at 8am until 8:30 pm.  if they would just say why they were calling i would call back but they don't.

Yeah I owe them money but it's pay who you can when you got the money right now.  They aren't going to get blood from a rock.  Still, 20 calls a day is a bit much.

if the people who are making the calls ever read these messages then maybe they will get a clue how annoying they are. in the meantime, just keep calling me. I don't answer the phone and let it go to voicemail.

Glad to see I'm keeping someone employed, too bad it's a call center outside the USA. Get a clue corporate America... more jobs sent overseas means less of us employed. No job means I can't pay my bills. Collage graduate is looking for a job. Everywhere I go... "oh sorry your OVER qualified". WTF???

they are on a automated dialer.......but they should still remove the number. You may want to ask for a physical address and send them a letter requesting and get a return signature from them saying they recieved it..and it they call again........you got a case for harrassment.

Its Beneficial. They dont usually leave a message. They are pretty easy to deal with so you might want to talk to them if you have a bill with them. They arent as rude as many others companies.

this number calls everyday at least 10 times during the day and won't leave name or message.  After first call, we just don't answer, but this is harassment to keep calling a number over and over and not leave message on answering machine.  However, with caller ID, the phone number and business name show on display.

calls at least 5x a day - we have an acct w/them but are on a debt mgmt program and they know this. If we answer, we get a message to hold for an important message -- excuse me? You called me; I'm not holding. They never leave a message. No message? I figure it isn't important.

This number calls my phone approximately 20 times per day.  They leave messages stating that they are lawyers trying to help me improve my credit. Every time, it is a different "lawyer" leaving voice mail on my phone. This is my cell phone and these calls are wasting minutes and killing my battery! They start at 8am and they continue until very late in the evening. They are HSBC, a company I formerly had a credit card with, however that credit card was paid in full two years ago and I no longer have any loans or credit cards affiliated with them. I signed my cell phone up to a "Do Not Call" list a long time ago and I have not had any problems with other companies calling my phone. I would like very much for HSBC to STOP calling me!

Thanks to this site I finally found out who the crap this is!  much as others have stated they call every half hour from 8 am until 9 pm and ask for my ex (after "Please hold for an important message") I've told them atleast 10 times he does not live here and have given them his cell phone #, yet they continue to call.  Atleast they're somewhat polite when you speak to them- though dense.  2 weeks and still calling 16 times a day.  How do I make them stop?
