The Company BAKU AJ has appeared on my bank statement for my credit card, the amounts are $242.61 and $161.74, they called to varify that I made the purchase, I did make the purchase, but have been informed my items were seized. My first order came through ok, now the second one has a different company name (BEIJING CN) and it has been seized. The company is still on the web selling the same items, they have three other sites. I am now fighting to get back close to $600.

"HEY EVERYONE!" If you have been SCAMMED by "LUCKY SOFTWARE" after they got into your computer and calling themselves "SYSTEM TOOL" (as opposed to system tools with an "S" that most computers come with) We need to band together to fight these crooks because first off, how can you or any ONE person prove their malicious intent. I mean who knows enough about computers to prove that sucky software put the problems on your computer in order to force you to buy "their" solution. "Yep" I'm a sucker too. But they held my computer for ransom. This is kidnaping, where is the FBI? Actually since this is an interstate commerce scam the Feds should be involved. Also does that "AZ" always stand for Arizona? My statement had an international charge and Baku AZ sounds Arabic to me. Any Lawyers out there want to file a class action lawsuit? EVERYONE - CALL THE FEDS - CALL YOUR LOCAL NEWS ORGANIZATIONS - "TODAY!" I AM.

I suddenly had a message "WARNING your computer is affected by virus" and it was in bold red all over the computer screen. There was nothing I could do to get rid of it and in the end I agreed to pay about $65. As soon as that was done the screen cleared. When my visa statement came I was charged $89.9. I am now worried that this could happen often unless these people are stopped.

Same story. Computer locked, only option to pay 19.95 to remove all virus problems, only charge was really 99.90. Bank says the item is in pending status, and will have to see if it posts. This is real criminal activity. Probably thousands paying this 99.90. I'm going to email the information to the FBI.
Karen 2011-02-14 23:34:57 Unknown
My charge was for $59.95.

I haven't gotten a call, that I can remember but I put in for the Norton Antivirus when I got a pop up and they never got anything from me. Looked at the bank statement and the charge was taken out from Lucky-Software, Buku, AZ
What is going on, Norton insists that they are not with this company at all?
Tiffy 2011-02-09 23:00:55 Unknown
ok so this is my first time getting this charge of $99.90, my bank is being stupid with me not wanting to help me or reverse the charge. Is there a # to call to talk to someone about these charges?
SCAM!!! 2011-02-08 07:54:59 Unknown
It's a SCAM! A fake anti-virus software that locks your computer until you purchase the software. It happened to me just a couple of days ago. I thought I had a virus on my laptop when this System Tool kept popping up and my screen turned blue saying I was in danger for spyware and need to get antivirus software. All my programs locked up ..eventually I gave up and bought the dumb System Tool product thinking it was real to find out it was a fake Scam! Took $59.95 out of my account and shows on my statement as Lucky-Software from Baku, AZ and also an international charge for $1.80. After I realized it was a fake product I cancelled my bank card got a new one and changed all my passwords and am in the middle of disputting with my Bank. Luckily they were understanding and are going to investigate it and gave me a refund for the amount charged.

I too fell for the Support tool to get the virus off my computer and payed 59.95 just tonight. Now that I can get back on internet I found out what a big scam it is. And we live on very limited income. Will call my bank first thing this morn in hopes I can stop the payment. I wish there was some way to get these crooks. Is there someplace we can report this internet crime?
I'm pissed too! 2011-01-05 23:59:42 Unknown
My PC was completely blocked until I was forced to purchase 'software' called Secure Tool. In desperation I finally paid for it with my VISA. My PC immediately opened up. I called my bank soon after to stop payment but was too late. Found out the charge came from Lucky Software in Baku, AZ. I am disputing through my bank. Hopefully this will get me a reimbursement. I also changed my login passwords for my bank accounts. Those b..tards!!

My computer receive a pop up that my computer is infected by a spyware or virus, and there is a program "Microsoft Essential Security Alert" that to be bought and to stop the virus/spyware. I put my credit card number but knowing it was a scam!!! I was charged $89.95 and my bank won't dispute it because they said it was valid. I didn't even receive the item that i was charged. I was stupid to be fooled by this

Kari 2010-09-27 13:58:20 Unknown
I just got the same thing, but in the amount of $79.90. It's still pending in my checking account. Maybe they are trying a different amount? Grrrrr how annoying...this just makes me so mad!!!!!
Edji 2010-09-24 13:51:57 Unknown
I got taken by a phishing scam - got a virus warning from "Microsoft Essential Security Alert", checked that via my phone and it seemed valid. Then was offered "AntiSpy Safeguard" to clean the virus, and it wanted my credit card info - which I stupidly entered - was rejected it said and wanted another card. I went back to my phone and found that the AntiSpy Safeguard was bogus and a phishing attempt. I called my credit card company within 10 minutes to cancel the card - but today I got the $99.90 charge along with a $2.99 foreign transaction fee. Following up with the card company today.

This number is associated with a scam that one of my students got caught in. His computer came up with a malware scam. His computer came up with a message that claimed his computer was infected, he needed to scan his computer. He did it (how foolish) then he was forced to pay for this product that would take care of all his problems, and worked for 1 day then his machine died. he called the company and you guessed it, it was bogus, no answer.
Heather! 2010-09-21 16:26:26 Unknown
Yes, I had one Skype charge right after the initial $99.90 charge. I am disputing that, too. My bank has been very helpful. Hope you all have such luck!
