I go through the same Company Its a genuine company i ever heard and its sort out my all problems regarding computer.

I received a call from Gavin Miles at 800-489-4692 claiming to be a representative of google.  He said they received a notification that my computer had downloaded a Trojan and he wanted me to go to my computer and log on for him.  He needed to walk me through the steps to keep the Trojan from erasing the information on my system.  Since I knew I had not been on my computer, I told him no.  When I called his number back to verify, the person answering did not identify themselves and it sounded as though the call was being made from a car.  They hung up on me when I asked if this was google.
