United Cash Loans...they call from dozens of different numbers.  just download a call blocker app and have it hang up on them.  I use mrnumber.

SPAM - and while we're at it - NO NO NO! - NEVER pay someone who says they can fix your credit. NEVER! Your credit, if in bad shape, CANNOT be fixed. It's on there baby, for 7 years. If everyone who was in collections just paid, & then it was removed from your credit report, then the credit report is meaningless. Remember, your credit report is a reflection of your ability to pay your debts, & manage credit. The only way something can be removed from your credit report is if there is an error. That you can fix yourself. There are free forms at TransUnion, & Equifax to fill out & submit. What companies who 'fix' your credit do - is make you poorer, & in worse shape than you were. If someone says they can fix your credit, and you have to pay for them to do it - RUN!

Who is UCL?  I have never heard of them and wondering why they are calling - sounds like a scam from what was found on an internet search.  Blocked and sent to the spammer/scammer file.

These people call leave no message and when I do answer they say I got a loan in 2007. I only ever got a morgage not from them. I refuse to pay any money when I never borrowed it. I would like to know how they got my number.

CALL EVERY DAY

I am getting this phone number called EVERY day to my work number.  I didn't answer it the first time but did my usual "call back " for missed calls at the end of the evening.  I person answered with a "hello". When I asked who this was, that I saw the call on my missed calls they would not tell me. I told him this is a business.  Now I get a call EVERY day from this number, no message and when you call back no information. I work for  a telecom and the next step is to trace the call if they continue to harass our business with nonsense calls and turn them in to the FCC.

We are a retirement village and get hang-up phone calls from this number several times daily. It boarders on harrassment.

Contact your Attorney General's Office, most states are now cracking down on Payday loans and their practices. In Massachusetts, Attorney General Martha Coakley is cracking down on them since most of them do not have permission to give out loans to MA Residents and need to file with the state, no matter if in country or out of country.

also, MA (as well as most states) have a ceiling on what can be charged as interest per YEAR on the principal of a loan, and these loans are extremely high, as much as 2000% APR. MA ATG has asked me to have them contact her office going forward. She has already banned three of them from state, and had them return monies they over billed.

I get these calls all the time at work On 1 day i recieved 35 calls in less that 45 mins. so now when they call i let them know they have and will be again reported to the FCC/FTC/LOCAL GOVERMENT and they police are aware of the calls and they are being investigated as we speak.. hmmm they always say oh oh oh ok and hang up.  I have reported to all these depts

I blocked this number and didn't answer it...i am so thankful i didn't have to talk these people. I never  even have a loan with them, i just got this phone number. They are using our numbers to get information out of us... what next? I will pray for them. Please look up numbers before you answer them.

It is a scam. They will not quit harrassing us. Cops said the only way to stop them is to change your number. They are buying US numbers from India to scam people. They change their numbers often so it cant be traced. Cops said their is nothing they can do to track them down because they keep changing the numbers. They have been scamming people for years. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THEM! Yes they have a lot of your information, SS number, address, where you work and possibly spouses name, but don't send they a penny!

This is a scam, I have reported this to the State Police. Do not answer or talk to them.

This number calls everyday. I've told then I'm not the person they are looking for. I asked them to stop calling many times, yet they still call!

They  call me at least every day.  Most times when you pick up the phone they hang up.  Yesterday at my work and twice at my home they stated that I was going to be arrested on Friday morning and that they would send a letter to my employer stating that I had been arrested.  They would ruin my credit and I would never get a job anywhere else.  Also if my family answered the door when they came to arrest me my family would be unsafe also.  Then they say have a great day!.  Ur are right, they use several different names and have an indian accent.

it is a scam! Do not give them any information! only way to avoid them is to change your number. we filed a police report on them and the still dont stop. change your number and they will stop.

caller calls and asks for my son, I have told them every time they call that he does not live here and he don't have a phone but they continue to harrass me. I wish they would quit calling me.

I agree with you!  They leave the most idiotic messages - Indians that can hardly speak English threatening legal action.  Say things like bad things to befall upon you, have you or your attorney of record call me back until then good luck and take care.  Crazy people.  Do not deal with them.  Yes - they will call your place of employment and family members and leave all your information on the recorder.  Very embarassing.  Ref:  United Cash Loan

It is the same guy that keeps calling us yet each time he has a different name. For a while it was always the company "BCI" aka business of criminal investigation... WHICH DOES NOT EXIST! We filed a police report on them and reported them to the FBI for fraud and they still keep harrasing us. They know personal info and call my work harrasing. Only way to get rid of them is change your number or tell them you died.
