FCC, needs to be called but they don't do much. I have been trying for 3 yrs, and I think it is reallly more like 6, with a # change for them.  We need to Get FCC to do their job. We are paying them thru our taxes aren't we!?   It's totally wrong for them to keep sending faxes, time after time when you have ask them not to, and reported every fax that cmes in, over and over.  i'm fed up!!!  it is going to mean I disconnect my phone and have no 911 with auto response.

I have better idea. Just start calling them back 18009607667 it's tall free number and don't talk to them. If everyone makes about 10 calls a day maybe they understand what it means to receive unwanted phone calls or faxes.

Same junk travel faxes as everyone else.  Numerous complaints have been filed, but we are still getting junk faxes.  I have a huge file of their junk faxes from over the years in the fleeting hopes that someday these scammers will have to pay for all these faxes.  Until then I send them faxes on redial and blow airhorns in their ears.

RingCentral.com, or other telephone service (including MaBell), may also incur liability for allowing illegal activities after being given notice.

Even without the potential liability, landlords, phone companies, website operators, banks, insurance companies and others may not wish to have any connection with this kind of activity if they knew what was going on.

How did you get the addresses?  If you are certain of them, you could notify the local District Attorney's office or the Florida Attorney General's office.

You could also put the landlord on notice about the scam operation.  Many landlords have "no illegality" clauses.  If the landlord continues to allow the operation after notice, he may have liability for compounding a felony (if the activities are indeed felonious).   Also, the landlord would be a source for the actual names of the operators (although they may require a subpoena to release the info).

Be creative!  There may be other avenues for relief.

Yeah right the gubment will protect us. Been sending complaints to the FCC and FTC for years. Been getting the junk faxes for years. The only way to put a stop to this crap is to make these crimes unprofitable. Flooding the boiler room, tying up the phone lines, does exactly that. Would you wnat to work in a boiler room where the vast majority of calls are from fax machines and pissed off junk fax victims? How about if you couldn't make enough money doing it in the first place?

Yes, I got a FAX from Corporate Travel Department. They use 800-495-0403 as their call-back number.

If you don't get results from the FCC, try the Federal Trade Commission. The FTC is charged with "Protecting America's Consumers."

https://www.ftccomplaintassistant.gov/

You can file a complaint online. It's easy, just respond to the questions.

Another criminal organization associated with this fraud is "Absolute Reservations", lots about them on any internet search.Go here to see how the other side of this exact fraud works: http://arconlineaffiliates.com/services.html

Also search on Kathleen Paganelli, Tiffane Jordan, Rigoberto Sotolongo and a host of other Florida fraudsters that are hiding under a lot of corporate disguises and constantly-changing phone numbers to avoid prosecution. These are the people behind the illegal fax blasts and this entire fraud including identity theft. They have all been fined heavily by the FCC but its unclear if anyone ever collected, obviously they are still perpetrating their crimes, as we are reminded every time we are vitcimized by their fax blasts (not to mention the other victims who fell for the scam and have lost hundreds or thousands, and had their identity stolen).

It's the latest number used by the junk faxers at Island Reef Travel aka Island Reef Resorts aka Palm Coast Getaways (and dozens of other aliases they've used to evade law enforcement authorities like Fiesta Bay Travel, Coral Bay Travel, etc?, run by the same people who ran the Travelcomm scam. These jerks send the illegal junk faxes with fraudulent offers for impossible travel deals at $99 with roundtrip airfare included for two.

Until they go to jail where they belong, one of the most effective ways to get back at them is to use your fax machine to fax their junk back to them on each Toll Free voice number per junk fax they send. They're stupid and will answer it every time.

They are having to change their 800, 866, or 888 numbers more often now because a lot of us have figured out how well this works.

Here are the current junk fax scam numbers they are using as:

They are:

(800) 640-9891
(800) 203-8229
(888) 203-3533
(800) 942-1514
(800) 558-4671
(800) 495-0403

ALL the above numbers and more are from the same SCAM travel JUNK FAXING company below!!!!  They are using internet fax services like: www.ringcentral.com to make it difficult for anyone to trace back to them the many different Toll Free numbers they constantly change daily to AVOID being caught!!!!!

BEWARE they are SCAMMING people and will NOT remove you off the junk fax list they use!!! Just call all the numbers and speak your mind (not just once, twice, but everyday until the number is disconnected!!!

Or, just fax back to the numbers above and keep hitting redial.  Either way, FLOOD THE BOILER ROOM with calls.

WHO THEY ARE and WHERE THEY ARE LOCATED:

Palm Coast Getaways
127 N. Orange Ave
Ft. Lauderdale, FL 32709
Main Phone:(888)203-8229  <<<-the same voices as on each illegal junk fax
Business Start Date: N/A
Company BBB ID: 92014562

They are also located at:

Great Time Vacations
525 Ronald Reagan Blvd Suite 109
Longwood FL 32750
Great Time Vacations is located in Florida Travel Registration NO. 36746.

***Really., call the junk fax numbers you get and then call the main number above and you will hear the same girl pickup the phone call everytime*****

Link to BBB:  http://www.seflorida.bbb.org/BusinessReport.aspx?CompanyID=92014562

The hours of operation is from M-F 9:00am -8:00pm and Sat 9:00-200pm EST. They say they do not have a website or a fax machine!!!  They will hang-up on you quickly when you mentioned the junk fax, say they do business with many companies and the fax was sent to you in error, they are very good about putting one on hold and not returning if you call about the junk faxes, say they are Coporate Travel Department (???)as well, and so on it goes with their many excuses.

SO fax away using the Toll Free voice numbers they have on each different fax and laugh back at them when you keep hearing them answer!!! KEEP hitting redail and if everyone continues to do the same, they WILL get the message!!!!

Most importantly, FILE A JUNK FAX COMPLAINT with the FCC. It is easy, quick, and necessary to do to go after them.  FCC JUNK FAX COMPLAINT website is located at:

http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm

Remember, they need to be stopped!

It is an offer for 3 vacations for the price of one for only $99 per person for the first 50 callers only.  Based on the comments above from teh last few days, it looks like they have been busy faxing people.  Just to get a sense of where they are faxing, I am located in Canada.

It is a phone number on a junk fax, offering a too good to be true travel package.  To be removed, it says to call 877-250-2857.  Of course, I am not even going to bother.
