We keep getting calls from this number looking for a Jennifer Askew, I have repeatedly told this man we do not know her and this is Not her phone so - So correct your records and Still we get calls from this company and said they were from ERC Collection Agency.
Better Business needs to step in and Up and stop these people

This is ERC (Enhanced Recovery Company), 1-800-496-0748. They are a collection agency. I called them two months ago and updated my info so I could get an old credit card debt settled, asked them to send me an updated settlement letter as the last time I got anything from them was several months ago/last year. They said they would send a new letter out to my updated address but haven't and just keep calling every morning at 8:30am. I spoke with several reps and even a supervisor explaining I was the one that contacted them and want to settle the debt but haven't received a new settlement letter, they just keep telling me I don't need a letter (documentation for my own records) and just need to pay over the phone with them. Now why would I just give my bank info to a company that before this I had never heard of and of which refuses to send me paperwork!?! I don't think it's a scam exactly, if they are calling you you probably have a debt, but they won't give you anything to show the debt or settlement options if you ask, they just want money NOW!

Multiple calls, no voice mails.

Yes I get these calls everyday but my call just plays soft elevator music.

This caller calls repeatedly - never leaves a message and when I pick up the line is just music.  I have no idea why they are calling.  Did someone get an address for a cease and desist order or did they successfully report them to the better business bureau?

If you call this number back it does give you an option to have your phone removed from they;re call list, just press option #1 and put in your phone number

Well this time they called ask for a name and again for the uptenth time told them wrong number. How many more times are they gonna call??

OMG and again the calls start again. I've already told this company Im  not the person they are looking for!! Irrating!!!!

Again this company is calling me!! And again its for someone and again they are freaking grilling me if I know this person. What FREAKING PART DO THEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND!! AND WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK WITH A SUPERVISOR YOU GET THE RUNAROUND!!

I totally agree and they ask for someone whose number this does not belong to and have the nerve to grill you. Are you sure this isn't so and so, do you know so and so. Im so tired of this WHAT PART OF "I DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON" DO THEY NOT UNDERSTAND!!!!

Got a call from this number again. So what I did was make a recorded message of a FAX machine modem so that when they call it goes to voice mail and they get the FAX modem sounds. Seems to be working okay, has cut down alot on all the telemarketing and spam calls. Huzzah !~!~!minions of satan

Its pretty devilish to say the least. I used it for about a month and they stopped calling me due to it is VERY ANNOYING! BUT it also annoys everyone else. Just be sure to let your friends know the secret so you dont have any enemys....

If any one wants the app I made for these people, give me a hollar Ill send it to you. One note your computer has to be connected to a phone line thru a modem or a voip like magic jack.

Constantly calls -- every day .. several times a day.  
One time a few weeks ago .. left msg that was barely a message .. looking for someone I've no clue as to who they are.  Set up my answering service to tell directly to NOT call ever again and take off the system .. but they STILL CALL ...  I'm tired of having my Voice Mail clogged by NOTHING at all (which is what it usually is .. just taking up empty space on my voice mail).
