i don't want any calls from this number. it's annoying! i don't answer the call though. and i don't know how they got my number

I got a call from this number too and it says from Russ Dalbey the making money online. I remember last week I inquire about Russ Dalbey money maker but I do not know that number. By the way the operator says why I did not order yet, he's keep on saying why then I said I order later and he ask why not now. So I hung up coz he wants me order on that time and I do not know who he is. So stupid the owner that number.
