I received a call from this number in Romania.

It is BT company from UK and probably is kind of survey, even says that I will be charged if i call on missed call, but i think the price of that call was not so much. So, I think is survey about quality of connection and prices (my opinion).

caller pretended to be a investment company from Honkong offering investment opprtunities yielding 48% p.a., which sounds like fraud. They picked my cellular phone from a website which has nothing to do with investments.

they called me this morning at 9.30 and the voice was difficult to understand, but thank to this posts I've understand they are not customers or whatsoever, and they are just noise spammers, and if you try to call them back is not possible to this number.

i too am astounded as to where they procured my phone number.. especially bcos its new!!

however i do not think that we are paying for the call, he spoke too fast and wanted to get off the phone like a normal call centre operator.

another point he said he is from hong kong.. but he sounds nothing like my asian friends from there?

a man is calling to my  mobile every day from this number, i don´t know what is wanted, i hang up, but the next day he call again, i don´t know how i can complain for this number

I'm from Spain, i also received a call, and they told if we are interested in investing money etc... i recommend to you that you dont waste your time answering.

I am from Czech Republic. They called me few minutes ago...asked me "Are you the chef of ******** company?" Hahaha, they are completely stupid...my metal band is called  ******** and they found my phone number at our website...poor stupid asians... So I laughed, asked, what kind of joke is that, said "f*** off" and hung up ;)...

Called me today (01.08.2011, Lithuania) and told they call from Hong Kong. Told them to call later as I couldnt hear them well.

Got a call from this number on mobile phone in Czech Republic, they offered some kind of services, seemed wrong. Our phone operator stated the prefix +800 does not exist (is not valid for any country they know..)

DO NOT Pick up if you see this number!!!It is a fraud!!!!
I am from Spain and I have received a calling from this number twice and they knew all our details (name, surname,...) after a few minutes they hang up. I have discovered that if somebody call you with this prefixe (00800) in the European Community, you must pay this calling, because it is a reverted calling.
I called to my phone operator and they told me that they know that it is a fraud and we should pay this call, they cannot do nothing. Then, PLEASE NOTE, DO NOT PICK UP THIS KIND OF CALLING (00800...). IT IS A FRAUD!!!

They called a several times yesterday and today (from Hong Kong) for a super investment deal. I hung up right away.

Iwe just got a call from them. Saying  that they are som ecompany  in  New York. I must say they are very annoing  persons. They introduced some super good  investment deal :D Basically  when i told at least 10 times, im not interested he still  told me that im not getting it  and  let satrt  all over again. He also added that  as a smart business man i should  listen to what he has to say :)
His friend  have been bugging me  for  a year now an calling  almost every month on a different number. I always  tell them to fu..k off.

They called me just now (June 6th 2011).
They stated them selves as The First Resource Company, located in HongKong.
The guy calling me named him self David Woo, or sth like that, and spoke with heavy asian accent.
They asked if i have 10 K $ for investments plans... yeah... sounds like "good investment" ;).

They called me 03 June 2011. I'm situated in Czech Republic.

They called me last week 20 May 2011.  I did not answer as the dial-in code was unfamiliar to me.  Just receive 2 calls from this number again - I did not answer again.  Then after this received a call from no: +2782892002 not sure if these numbers are connected in some way.  I'm situated in South Africa
